Love the food, they do a really good job with the flavours. I love that they have a Greek Village salad and not just the typical romain Greek salad. The only thing I'd suggest about the Village salad is some fresh oregano leaves on it, bigger chunks of feta instead of crumble and the option to add anchovies. I have a Greek friend from my NYC restaurant kitchen days who used to make it like that for our after shift meal and the fresh oregano really adds a next level, almost warm flavor. And I know most people don't like anchovies, (weirdos 😂) but I'm telling you, the salty/briny anchovies, the fresh oregano with the EVOO on top of the large juicy chunks of cucumber, tomato, kalamata olives, feta and the bite of the red onions, is just where it's at. "It" being the VIP section at Club Taste Sensation in the heart of downtown Flavourville, population your mouth.
Anyways, I've had the gyros and the bowls and some other items and have been very happy with all of them. The Rosemary Tzatziki is "chef's kiss" delicious.
The guys that work at Rebel seem pretty chill. Not an eat in place but still a good vibe while you're waiting and they also have random cool and interesting greek products to buy. Been there a few times now and great experience everytime.
Be there or be an equilateral quadrangle, and no matter what Huey Lewis says, that ain't hip.
(Sorry I didn't take pics, but this place is for your taste...

Your response is disappointing, but not surprising.
Let’s be clear:

6, being charged extra for each l without transparency — on top of receiving overcooked food — is the real issue here. Accusing us of posting fake reviews and running a “reputation-fixing” scam is not only false, but defamatory. We have never contacted your business asking for anything in return. I used to really enjoy Rebel Greek , but the quality has gone downhill. My gyro was severely overcooked — blackened and dry — and I was charged \$7 for a basic side of sauce on top of a full meal. That kind of pricing is unreasonable, especially when the food no longer meets the standard they once had.
Save your money — this business needs a serious reality check. Sadly, it’s not worth...
Read moreWow, what a horrible experience. The food is great but the service on my last visit was unreal bad.
Placed an online order, was toldnit would be ready in 30 mins.
I arrived and the place was quiet, only one other customer there. They hadn't started my order. Oh well, the food is decent. So the guy throws the meat on the grill and starts cooking, two meals of meat. I ordered four meals. Once the 1st two were done, they realized their mistake and started the other two meals.
I carefully watched them prepare my 4 meals, 1 chicken, 2 pork and 1 lamb dinner. They screwed everything up, comically bad. Thankfully I was paying attention.
They packed 3 salads instead of four, I reminded him, he got grumpy and then checked and quickly apologized, added the 4th salad. One meal had no meat in it at all, I pointed that out, he got grumpy again, and I asked him to double check. When he did he saw the missing meat, and again apologized.
Then he forgot the tadziki, I commented well I am glad atleast one of us is paying attention.
I know these guys are trying to franchise this place, I think they better figure out how to handle ome location before trying to expand.
Too bad I had prepaid and gave them a $10 tip at time of ordering.
