my family has lived down the road for 20 years and the service is always on and off whether its good or not but pretty displeased with the service today. She talked to me so rudely when I asked to claim my free reward upon completing a survey on subwaylistens. The look on her face when she realised she has to give free cookies to a customer (which is subway's policy in the fisrt place) was so mean.
