Wingzone — Restaurant in Bradford West Gwillimbury

We have been going to Wing Zone since they open, and we always got excellent service and great food. We do like to support our town business.Tonight was ridiculous It took 15 minutes to be greeted then we waited another 10 minutes to be seated. We then order our beers and wings. My husband asked the waitress if she could change the channel to the baseball game , it supposed to be a sport bar but for some reason most TV were on CP 24 . He had to ask twice before she finally changes it. We ask for celery only we got one celery stick per order lol She never did came and check on us I had to flag her by, and ask if she could get us more celery which she never did. I am truly sorry but they need to hired waitresses that know how to wait tables. I had to go to the bar and ask for the bill. I then also had to go back to the bar to pay because she was to busy chatting. Will not be returning to this...

I just want to first point out here that the food is GREAT.

I've been a regular customer. Food is great, service is great but there's one thing i'd like to point out for anyone who is dining here whether it be take out/pick-up.

There is a server there who likes to add her own tip and has done it more than once to the bill, and will throw the receipt out without asking you if you'd like your receipt. She was pretending to not be able to find the bill to re-print the receipt however another server was capable of finding the receipt, with the correct total on it. Knowing this I didn't bring it up, I just made my way.

I understand that times are tough at the moment but, I'd recommend looking at your receipts for things like this.

Not everyone is a bad person and mistakes do happen, however I have let it slide more than once and would prefer to leave a review here for other customers to pay...

Would leave a zero star if I could.

Waited over an hour after placing an order for 2 people, and ended up leaving unsatisfied without ever receiving food.

When asked if kitchen was short of staff, the response from service staff was that they were busy with takeout. Maybe I should have ordered from home first... I'd have been able to walk in and eat.

Not the right way to prioritize your customers if you are trying to maintain a brick and mortar eat in location with a bar. Watched a table who came in after me receive appetizers within 20 minutes of seating... Completely unacceptable.

Left cash for our drinks and walked out. Bartender tried to apologize, but completely understood our position... Can't believe that I was the first time this...
