We went to the place and order the chicken burger through drive-thru.. the service was quick, lady took my order and repeated twice to confirm. Went forward took the food and later at home realized that burger were missing the toppings. Called them back to confirm, the lady said the reason toppings were missing is the front girl did not punch in the amendments on the screen. Why did we had to survive just because of their mistake. She was so rude on phone saying she will prepare whatever is on screen and didn’t care about what we were trying to explain on the phone. Really disappointing. Wish i could give them zero star for the food and customer service. At least have the courtesy to face the truth that you made a mistake when clearly i mentioned the changes twice and she confirmed the same twice. If the weather permitted , i would have gone back there to show them their mess. On the top, we paid extra for all the toppings. Ridiculous seriously....

Worst experience ever I went for a quick bite. First time through I order a buddy burger (they ask chicken or beef, I say beef) and then order another one with just ketchup (same question; I say chicken this time). I get the two burgers but both are just ketchup. Go back through the drive through. Let them know they mixed up the order. The lady then blames us for not being clear and that we should not confused them. She very reluctantly gave me a new burger. I get my burger (picture attached) and I'm digusted. They butter my bread with mustard and I get one grilled onion with several other burnt, dried pieces. They tell me that is how the prepare their burgers and eventually I just ask for my money back as I am totally turned off. I just had buddy burgers from another location and it looked nothing like this. The whole time the lady was so rudel and customer service was horrible. Won't be going back to...

I just want to commend this location for its exceptional customer service. Not only are they extremely fast at the drive-thru, they have the common sense of making customers wait at the front of the store, to not hold up the line - which a lot of other locations do NOT do. They bring your order to you at your car window and the staff is always kind and courteous. I remember this one incident where I ordered a chubby chicken and they accidentally gave me beef. I didn't check the bag so I drove off. The employee came RUNNING outside as I was driving away - almost at the edge of the road to turn into traffic. She came all the way to the main road to give me the right order! I find that she didn't have to but she went out of her way to do so - which is why I think their customer service is truly...
