I went to Tim Hortons at 11-55 PM ( 11-50 pm to 12-10 am Estimates time ) minutes past midnight and went to the Queen and Goreway .. . There I ordered two cookies and I showed the girl the photo of the cookies and there were three cookies in total in the photo and I asked her to bring only two and what did the girl do? The girl brought two cookies and I said, "Come on, add one more." I took three cookies and when I left Tim's, I was still in the park.!!!!!!! When I got out of the drive thru and reached Tim's parking lot, I bit into a cookie without looking and when I took a bite, I saw that it was chocolatey cookie …..Out of these cookies, the girl gave me one cookie and gave me two cookies. They were called chocolate chunks . I don't like chocolate at all. I went back and asked the girl why she gave me those cookies. She said to me, "You told me these cookies." I told her, "No, I told you." I told her over and over again, "………….. …………. …….. ……….. And I repeatedly told the girl to check the camera. There was a camera on the drive-thru window because I didn't know the name of cookies. I had clicked a photo of Tim and cookies. I went and showed that photo to the girl. Then the girl said, "You didn't tell me that, you told me that." She started scolding me a lot. She said, "Don't do that again." I kept telling her the same thing over and over again………………I have only one answer for her, check the camera and she is talking very wrongly to me. I came back from there. She is a Punjabi Indian girl and the white community is telling the truth about Punjabi Indians. Singh Hotel and they all tell her the truth that they make a lot of mistakes and I have also seen such comments from many people that we should stop going to Tim's place and I will ….. I request Tim management to hire whoever they hire based on Tim and see if that person is speaking right or wrong to the customers coming in because the restaurant business runs on its own words and you have already seen that the white community has backed away from Tim. I am not saying this, you can check it in the comments or on social...
Read moreI recently visited at this Tim Horton and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the staff's rudeness and carelessness.
I noticed the employees seemed overwhelmed, which is understandable during busy hours. However, when I approached the counter, the staff member serving me was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of greeting me, they seemed annoyed by my presence, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
Additionally, my order was incorrect when it was finally served. I politely brought this to the staff's attention, but they brushed it off with little regard for my concern. The overall lack of attentiveness and customer service was disheartening, they don’t know how to treat customers Everybody Talking in their own language When the lineup go through the main door, then they start serving on second counter
I hope the management addresses these issues, as a positive staff attitude is essential for a pleasant...
Read moreThis is a very, very overdue review. I’ve been coming to this Tim hortons for 6 years now, every morning from Monday to Friday. And every SINGLE time I get my coffee, they make it just right. The staff at this location is a bit different, they treat you with such respect and kindness and everyone is smiling. They thrive, they really do. And when you see the same team members working there for long periods of time, you can tell that they’re happy at their job, because they stay! The managers are wonderful, and it feels like home. I will miss this location as my work is moving soon and that will now be out of my way and somehow I feel like I am missing that familiar feeling. Thank you for so many years of...
