I ordered a pizza today with a request for extra sauce and did not receive it. The pizza was extremely dry. Very little sauce and very little cheese. I called and received poor customer service from the store Owner “Ali.” Ali, claimed at first he made the pizza and then stated he watched his worker make the pizza and they put extra sauce on my pizza. That was not a true statement. He only offered a 10% discount. Before leaving the store I expressed my dissatisfaction and they were reluctant to make me another pizza. Not impressed with pizza or service. They clearly don’t know how to make a good quality pizza. I’m assuming they’re attempting to cut their expenses by serving pizza lacking the dressings. Ordered pizza from this location several times. It's never an issue, however yesterday ordered an xl and medium pizza. The pizza was rock hard. It was so thin crust, which is not what we asked for. The pizza only had paneer and cheese. We had asked for onions tomato and green pepper, which were not even put on the pizza properly. The crust was not chewable. We called their location, and the manager at the location stated there is nothing they could do. We did not eat the pizza and wanted to return it. He said he would not be able to make a new pizza or give us our money back. Usually, we order straight through the app or the pizza ville call center, and there is no issue. Giving one star as that is the lowest one can give otherwise pizza deserves -10. Ordered extra large 4 topping pizza, however despite paying for 4 toppings from the edges 1/4 pizza was empty, the entire pizza topping was falling apart from base literally falling apart so you pick up slice and the top will fall and you are left with plain dough base in your hand. And what can i say about cheese seems the store decided that today if we try to save on cheese for every pizza they sell they might get rich or atleast thats what my pizza screamed to me that the store has decided to save on cheese and get rich today.
