I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too disappointing to ignore. I ordered a cake from this shop for a special occasion, and everything about it was a letdown.

First, the cake looked nothing like what I had requested. I provided clear instructions and even showed a reference photo, but what I received was rushed, messy, and lacked any detail or effort. It honestly looked like something thrown together at the last minute.

Second, the taste was just as bad. The cake was dry and lacked flavor, and the frosting tasted artificial and overly sweet. For the price I paid, I expected at least something edible and presentable.
