Chai Naka — Restaurant in Brampton

So glad I called!!!

We were in Brampton looking for places where we can get fresh chai made on the gas and they said yes!!

We have been trying different tea places across the GTA. There are some places where they serve pre-prepared chai or chai from the vending machine. However, we were looking for fresh made tea on gas upon order.

Hence, Chai Naka!

Their tea was made fresh on the spot with all the masala the way you like. You can ask them to add items as per your convenience. We tried 2 different flavors of chai and we loved both.

We also tried their masala lemonade/soda and it was amazing! The masala they use is different from any other we have tried previously.

We also tried their maska bun and it was very delicious.

The service was great by the lady and the ambiance complements the great food.

However, they lost a star due to the washroom. They have 1 washroom which was not clean at all and was super dirty. We recommend that they periodically clean it.

They are part of a plaza so you have to be a bit careful where you turn on Kennedy so that you enter the right plaza if you are going for the first time.

Ample parking spaces available but also no handicapped accessible parking...

Chai Naka is a must-visit spot for all tea lovers out there. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing their tea and I must say, it was absolutely delightful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

The selection of teas available at Chai Naka is simply astounding. From classic black teas to unique herbal blends, there's something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed their masala chai, which was the perfect blend of spices and sweetness. It had just the right amount of kick to wake me up and get me going for the day.

The ambiance of Chai Naka is also worth mentioning. The cozy seating and dim lighting create a relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, with colorful wall art and cute tea-related knick-knacks scattered throughout the space.

Overall, my experience at Chai Naka was fantastic. The tea was top-notch, the ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this tea spot to anyone looking for a unique and satisfying...

Amazing chai - always fresh and always hits the right note. Their ginger chai is fantastic and even the elaichi and masala chais are very well balanced in flavors. Also love that they have delicious maska bun - so when it comes to the taste - it is absolutely amazing.

Now here’s something you guys need to work on -

I have been to chainaka around 4 times now and I have waited an average of 15-20 mins every single time. Whether or not there were other customers. It doesn’t make sense to have to wait 20 mins just for a chai.

The restaurant’s front needs to be better staffed and managed.

Menu: the website menu shows a lot of food options that go well with chai. However everytime I’ve visited and asked for food options - everything has been out of stock - always. The only option they’ve had available was bun maska.
