I’ve been going to this pizza place ever since I was a kid with my grandma from when they first opened up so like I said, been going To them for years I’m very picky with wings. I love their wings and they have a great deals Especially for their wings The owner recently seen me At the store And realize me from when I was a little girl Very friendly and family owned business My only upset today is Last time they made a mistake and I didn’t make a complaint. I left it alone. I told the Driver it’s OK. I waited an extra 10 minutes for him to Go grab my drinks again from the store because he accidentally delivered my drinks to somebody else But today I ordered a large party pizza And I always order a large party pizza from them because I have a big family five younger siblings my mom, her boyfriend and my boyfriend so right now I got home from work. My mom and her boyfriend and my boyfriend is at work so I had to make food I decided to order pizza I open the box and this is what I get My younger siblings had eaten already two slices by the time that I took a picture of this and we’re asking me for more $62. I’m pretty sure just went down the drain because this is not gonna feed anybody that’s gonna come home from work tired and hungry I called the store. I spoke to the person and I said can I speak to the person in charge the management or the boss they put on the phone I don’t know who, but it was not whoever was in charge. It was the person that actually made the pizza after a while. The person decided to own up that they made the pizza and they said people make mistakes. And how he’s only human and I said I completely understand that and I also understand that if you didn’t have the large box for the party box pizza you had to put it in two separate boxes that’s fine but why is the slices of the pizza a lot smaller than how it’s supposed to be he did not seem to have an answer for that and I was trying to be very understanding over the phone because like I said I’ve been going there for years with my grandma so I really love that place I told him to give me a number down A couple of times and he continuously ignored me and then finally gave me the number when I extremely got upset Because he did not seem to understand that the slices were a lot smaller than usually he finally gave me the number I showed him the slices through the phone showed him the picture You would think you would hear an apology From something like this But I understand people make mistakes. I just don’t understand why he would put this in the box You can tell from the corner is the pizza was somewhat even squished cause it’s so tiny. I’ve never gotten pizza from them like this before And you would think he would be like OK ma’am I’ll at least send you back one box of pizza right now Or at least say I’ll give you 10 Percent off the next time, you order pizza It was just and I’m sorry and that’s fine people make mistakes but at the same time There was no Understanding I’m extremely disappointed and extremely upset And they should have some form of management There that would take care of these issues because I work in customer service and when I take care Of a mistake that I made I take care of it the professional way Where you would have to re-give the person their order for free or give them 10% off next time not that I’m that’s what I’m asking for. Read moreThis has been my family's go to spot for Pizza and Wings for years now, but recently this establishment has been going down the drain. We ordered a family meal 2 Large Pizzas, 3 toppings each, and 30 wings + a 2L drink & a side of potato wedges at 1:42 PM EST.
After waiting an hour with nothing, we decided to call them at 3 PM. The person that picked up the phone gave no explanation or apology for the delay just said "the driver is leaving in 10minutes" over and over. To nobody's surprise the driver did not leave 10 minutes after that call. We got a message at 3:42 saying the food is on the way and will arrive in 26 minutes. This place is probably at MOST with traffic a 15 minute drive away. Usually 10min without traffic.
It finally arrived at 3:55 PM. The food of course, was NOT fresh, it was made when we placed the order and left in a warmer the entire time. I can understand if you're busy or don't have drivers available that it may take a while to get the food. The LEAST you can do is prepare the food so it's ready to go when the delivery is ready to be made. Making food and leaving it in a warmer for 1.5 HRs is absolutely unacceptable. The potato wedges were soggy, the wings were soggy and the chicken was clearly overcooked from being left in a warmer that long. One pizza was missing a topping entirely, and the other one had some odd looking meat that we didn't even order on it.
It's disappointing because this place has usually been great with the food, and the delivery. I don't know what's changed in the recent months but it's been getting worse almost every time we order there's a new issue.

First time I ordered for delivery, the food arrived cold, over an hour and a half late and the pizza was all smashed to one side. Completely unacceptable!
I gave them another chance today and I should not have.
I called to ask what my previous order was because I wanted to re order bur confirm the price. The rep told me he did not have the price and had to call me back in 45 minutes or he can just put the order through. I said no, I want to confirm the price first, he insisted he could not give it. Then he said he'd call me back in a minute. He did, but to only act like he never spoke to me and aaid he had to call back AGAIN to give the price.
Finally he called me back again, I ordered my last order and confirmed the price before tax and after tax. It came to $44 I had written it down, voiced my concerns about the last delivery situation and said I'd be hoping that everyone would come on time, warm and suitable.
At an hour and a half, it's delivered with instead a 2L bottle, we get 4 cams of coke which is not equvilant. If they had done the simple math, they'd know that. Or they could have told me over the phone. Also the price now is $49 instead of $44 which was confirmed over the phone. When I asked about this, the driver said he never told me $44 on the phone and they charge $6.50 for my area. Again, I was never informed of this.
I feel cheated, this is a dishonest practice and they charge based on whatever they feel like. I will never order or support this location again. You should be ashamed...
