Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Brampton

Today , I had the amazing opportunity to visit Churchs Texas Chicken 1-85 Cottrelle Boulevard, Brampton, ON L6S 0G1, and it would be very selfish of me, NOT, to recognize the manager and his team members on a remarkably job that they are doing at this magnificent restaurant. This is my second, impromptu visit, to this restaurant and this restaurant deserves a 10/10 rating. Firstly, the customer service is EXCEELENT. The order taker - Akshit K- was very polite, very helpful and so understanding when doing his job. Very competent, knowledgeable , friendly, score 10/10. The food and drinks, I could not have asked for anything more. The food was hot, tasty and delicious, freshly cooked and served in a timely manner 10/10. The ambience, the cleanliness, which includes both the entire restaurant and washrooms, were extremely clean. It is very rare that you can visit a restaurant, dine and enjoyed the amazing dining experience, definitely 10 /10. In addition to all these positive factors, as a customer, you can see that your order/ food is being prepared in the most cleanness kitchen, with very high regards to HACCP 10/10. Food safety standards are observed and maintained to the HIGHEST standard ever. I was there a few weeks ago, the chicken was raw. I understand that there is a timer set, and each piece is cooked for the same time, etc, however in order to avoid it being raw, u must thaw the meat, otherwise it'll always be raw wen u fry it frozen. As someone who consumes meat on a daily, I know what raw chicken is. Worker was nice to give me another sandwhich, however I hope they understand what the real problem is and how to have cooked meat. Also, this place lacks seasoning, very bland flavour, u guess this is just what church's chicken has to offer in terms of spices.

My first time at Church's Chicken and I was disappointment with my order. I ordered 2 combos. The first combo, chicken tenders with fries, had thin tenders. The second order was the 2 piece chicken combo with coleslaw as my side. The cashier reviewed my order before I paid for it. Arriving home, I was surprised to see the coleslaw was missing from my order. Thankfully, the honey butter biscuit was a good substitute for the missing coleslaw. In future, I will check my order before leaving the store.
