Update Feb 2021:

This location is my go to place for simply the best rotisserie, BBQ chicken and sausages in recent memory. I have been here many times since 2020 and their consistency is always on point.

I should should thank Prime Minister Justine Trudeau who introduced me to Portuguese Rotisserie chicken at this restaurant located on St.Laurent Blvd.( Montreal ) when he was in my class at Mcgill University way back in the day.

I am really enjoying my fav Portuguese chicken place now :-)

Kudos to you Justine !!! I decided to try some Portuguese chicken for the first time in a while. Since my university days if memory serve me correct. So it has been quite a long while.

And I stumbled upon this resto from the “InBrampton” Top 5 Portuguese Chicken locations in Brampton. So I decided to head out just after 11:00AM to pick up lunch after my gym workout.

The location was clean and neat, the service was quick, efficient and friendly. I ordered the half chicken with rice and of course potatoes. And ... I forgot to take pictures when I returned home because the smell was making me so hungry that I was ravenous ... sorry ... I will remember to take pics the next time around.

The portion was plentiful and the chicken was so fresh, tasty and fall off the bone. The flavour was on point. The rice and potatoes were equally delicious and fresh. I even tried a pineapple drink from Portugal and that tasted fantastic too.

A++ experience all the way here.

Hello, foodies today I bring you a hidden gem of traditional Portuguese cuisine, I have had many of their food options here, and the food has all been fabulous.

Today I happened to grab their chicken This place has great grilled and BBQ Portuguese chicken plus a ton of other items on their hot table everyday which they rotate on a daily bases including fish, Meat, ribs, pasta, fresh salad options, and many other amazing authentic Portuguese delicacies. Out of all the Portuguese restaurants in Brampton, they sure have the most options as far as what they offer on their hot table or made-to-order. They function mainly as a takeout place with some catering options.

They are nestled in a plaza just of Kennedy and Clarence St in Brampton with plenty of parking. Their prices are also very reasonable for such great food made with lots of love and cooked in a very traditional way. Today I opted to grab their BBQ chicken special for $9.00 that includes ¼ chicken white or dark meat, BBQ or Rotisserie your choice with two sides, and a pop drink so I got there rice and potatoes you have the choice also of salad or veggies. You can’t go wrong at this price.

Food 5/5 The chicken was very nicely BBQ with a nice char on the skin and cooked thoroughly, great flavors and with their Spicy hot sauce, it’s a kind of like a franks hot sauce taste, it’s a must-have on your chicken, they also give you the option of a mild version if you can’t handle the heat. The small round Portuguese potatoes were also just amazing, perfectly cooked, and very tasty. The red Portuguese-style tomato-based rice was also cooked to perfection and delicious.

Quality home made food by chef Ramsey's description of a great cook. Every bite is worth savouring. I feel like I'm eating in the memory galleries of my past when I lived at home. Traditional food made with love. That's the best way to describe it. My favourite is the BBQ chicken basking in flavourful house sauce and a dab of piry piry sauce. The ambiance is clean and modern in their new location. I see city councilman lawyers construction people every culture every ethnicity. Rich poor humble everyone enjoys The great fresh food. Needless to say I visit here everyday and twise sometimes. The prices are great it's cheaper to eat here than to cook at home for me. With the 6.99 chicken rice veggie n drink special it's probably the best value n quality in Ontario. Thank you staff management and owners for the the friendly professional eating facility in my neighbourhood. We do things right...
