I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizzaville, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the cozy atmosphere and the inviting aroma of fresh pizza set the stage for a wonderful evening.

The star of the show, undoubtedly, was the outstanding service we received from Veer. His warm and friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. Veer took the time to explain the menu with enthusiasm, helping us navigate through their impressive selection of pizzas.

We decided to try the Pizzaville Special, and it exceeded all expectations. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully chewy on the inside. The toppings were fresh, and the combination of flavors was simply divine. It's evident that the chefs at Pizzaville take great pride in their craft.

What truly stood out was Veer's attention to detail. He checked on us regularly to ensure everything was to our liking, and his genuine passion for providing exceptional service made the experience memorable.

My food never arrived through the specified times so I called the store and was met with the worst customer service I have ever been exposed to. Now I'm not sure if it was a worker or the owner I was talking to, but judging by the old and very inpatient tone they had I'm led to believe it was the owner. I called asking if my food was on the way to which the person over the phone said the driver had left with it a long time ago. Then when I asked how long, they demanded personal information such as my address which isn't something you usually give whenever you call a restaurant since, from previosu experiences, what they mainly need is the contents of your order or even your phone number. So while I was questioning this, the person over the phone threatened that If I don't give my address then I won't get my food, then when I didn't give it immediately he hung up.

To think that I used to frequent this place is beyond me. Because of this experience, I refuse to ever find myself at this location again, whether it is inperson or through online orders,...

I've been a loyal customer to this location for 12 years. Owner seems like a nice man. Every time owner is present, I always get fresh pizza. Lately, I've noticed whenever I come in at night time and when owner is not there, I always get "Bad" Pizza. I'm writing this and hoping "Owner" would see this review. Thursday Nov. 26, 2020, We ordered a Pizza under the name "Anna" at 9:12pm and picked it up at 9:35pm. There was an International student girl at the cashier and an International student guy at the back. The pizza slices looked burnt on the side. Pizza was "overcooked". Cheese wasn't fresh at all. Toppings weren't fresh. Girl at the cashier had this "Bxtchy" attitude and the Pizza was "oily". These kind of employees are bad for your store. You'd lose your loyal customers. Please do something about this issue. Thanks.
