Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

Extremey disappointed. I would like the manager to contact me. The customer service poor and the drivers no sense of remorse for poor or slow service. If i could give 0 stars I would. This location I have given more than 1 try. I ordered previously the pizzas lacked adequate toppings, came late and cold. However decided that might have been a one off situation. This happened again but even worse. I had to contact the store myself to say that it was just about an hour and the pizza was still not at my door. This store location is 5.6 km ie 12 minutes drive on a clear day to the delivery address. This day was very clear—no weather impeding. I ordered a thin crust bbq chicken pizza and a hand tossed thin crust Brooklyn style pepperoni. The Brooklyn style pizza crust was way more doughy than had from other store locations. And as the pictures will show for the bbq chicken pizza, the pizza is more bare than it does have sauce and or toppings. As with pizza’s I’ve ordered with tomatoe sauce bases, they are properly ladled with the sauce, however when it comes to the bbq sauce they seem to drizzle it on leaving it more dry than it is sauced. For the toppings especially the chicken topping, i can count how many pieces there are for a large pizza, it is just not enough. The unfortunate thing is that the app does not allow me to select my location but I will NOT be ordering from this location again. For this extremley late order when I asked if it would be compensated considering how late it was, the attendant who answered stated that they could not do anything, I insisted and they offered $10 off my purchase, my order was for 2 pizzas so roughly $31 final price. To receive the pizzas cold and late I was extremely disappointed in this response. He merely said also the drivers sometimes have car troubles and weather are factors. Though I am an understanding customer, this is unacceptable as I was NOT contacted by the store or the driver and when I called both the store and when the driver arrived there was no apology given. As a customer I provide my contact information so as to be updated of the information if any problem occurs. I had to insist that this was unacceptable and would cancel my order as the pizzas would arrive cold. I in the end still paid and ofcourse the pizza was poor quality, lacked any care or regard for being so late and OFCOURSE WAS COLD! Extremely disappointing. The store attendant claimed there was no free delivery pizza option, but in a case such as this as the customer receiving cold pizzas is not something that should be provided as an acceptable option. As I stated earlier I would appreciate a manager to follow up as it is important for other customers that a standard of good...

I have to admit that I do appreciate Dominos for being there when you are just pressed for time or you just want a pizza FAST !!!

And Dominos is always there for you and me... and for that I am grateful to them because they have many locations with convenient hours. I have been to this location on and off over the years because they are basically down the street from my house.

The quality and taste is your typical conveyor belt / production line type of pizza 🍕. But, it is relatively inexpensive and quick. I expect that there will be no taste in these pizzas.... like c’mon people ... this is Dominos .... this isn’t a mom and pop pizza joint in NYC.

Like I said, as long as you don’t set a high bar for taste.. then you be just fine. It is quick and simple to order.

I order every now and then when I am hungry and I am constrained for time. In this sense, the food is acceptable to me because it fits perfectly. Because the location is close and there is consistency with the food. Dominos is good for that. Dependable consistency.

If I wanted a high quality and delicious pizza. I will go elsewhere .... much further for that matter. But if you want quick and consistent quality. Then this is right...

I've ordered for carryout couple of times. They don't do delivery at my area, just close to the Canon building which is steeles/Mississauga Rd, one intersection far from this pizza store location. Would be great if they would do the delivery here. This review is for the service I got last night. I placed order online and the tracker showed that my pizza was ready for pick up at 9:15 pm (ordered around 8 pm). I was at the store and was waiting for the pizza watching others taking their orders. When I asked the guy in front he said that the pizza is being made well done bcos I asked for it. Then 5 mins later I find out that the pizza was not even made. It was made on priority. Thanks to Robin (store manager) for doing that, he also gave me full refund of my money. Good service by him and the store was crazy busy. I appreciate his good service. This review is only 1 star short to be a 5 star review bcos the toppings on the pizza was less and looked like that everything was thrown on the pizza and then put in oven.
