Customer service: Worst customer service. Staff treats customers with disrespectful and mostly customers have to tell their orders repeatedly because they are so busy in their own chit chat and don’t hear customer’s order properly.

Food: Food is good and worth of price but only if they are making it good.

Online orders: Most of the time online orders are good and prepared with care and following the instructions but occasionally you will regret in case ordering during busy time.

Policy: Staff is not well trained and based on recent argument on January 21, 2022 10:45 PM with Manager, claimed by girl who was preparing my food, clearly staff is not aware of company’s and legal policies and behaves like they are well trained and aware of everything plus they know more than legal advisors.

Reason for loosing rating: Poor customer service and misbehave by staff. For reference an image has been attached where food prepared by staff is soggy, half cooked and improperly closed which in result leaks all the sauces.

Suggestion: If owner wants to keep running this store then owner needs to focus on staff because food quality is good. It’s staff who is responsible for...

Hello, 29th of August around 10.35 pm i went to your place . I saw one girl going in side 2nd girl was near to fryer. 2nd girl came to ask what you want , I told one chicken burrito, next one beef burrito. Then she ask me white or brown, my reply was white again she ask me white or brown my reply was white. Her face is not happy, I ask her why very upset because i came closing time. She didn't reply. She went to again near to fryer. Few minutes later girl came from in side. She ask me what you want . I told her i already ordered. She told me no problem tell me what you want. I ask why you guys are very rude and upset. I know them where they from. I told them don't do it, this is not good. Again she ask what you want. I told her ask her what i ordered. she didn't say any thing she went to inside , This is the way you serve the customer. Check your cctv. I recently visited this Mexican restaurant and had a great experience overall. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with colorful décor and upbeat music that really added to the authentic vibe.

Service was friendly and attentive, though a bit slow at times, especially during the dinner rush. Still, the staff made an effort to check in and ensure we had what we needed.
