I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this establishment. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by rude staff, subpar food quality and quantity, and appalling restroom cleanliness.

The staff's behavior was unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of enthusiasm. When I politely asked for a refill on my drink, I was greeted with a sigh and a long delay. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers' needs.

The billing staff were particularly rude when I tried to pay. They seemed put off by my questions about the bill and were impatient when I asked for clarification on some of the charges. When I asked to modify my order, they acted as if it was a huge inconvenience.

The food quality and quantity have noticeably decreased since my last visit. The portions were smaller, and the ingredients lacked freshness. I ordered a dish that I've had before, but this time it tasted bland and uninspired. For the price, I expect a lot better.

However, the most shocking aspect of my visit was the deplorable state of the restroom. It was filthy, with trash scattered all over the floor, and the toilet was clogged. The sink area was sticky, and the soap dispenser was empty. It's unacceptable for any establishment to neglect their restroom's cleanliness, especially when customers are expected to pay a premium for their services.

Overall, my experience was a disaster. With rude staff, subpar food, and disgusting restroom conditions, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
