Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

Had a terrible experience as my fiance went to the washroom and suddenly one gentleman opened the door even after she locked out she freaked 😳 out and jump out frightened, ( only one washroom 🚻 was open at that time) then I went to see what was happen and realized that if someone twice tries to open the door it open..... Then I complained to the manager and he really didn't take it seriously and said "Sorry lock was broken will fix it, " he never even wanna talk to her and apologized, he doesn't have any idea how bad it is. Well, guess what happened a month later, I went there and checked the door lock 🔐 it was the same and not fixed. Wow then I asked him and said already informed but they didn't have locks, give me a break !!! am I talking to a manager of the popular largest pizza chain in Canada ??? They don't have replacement locks for months??? It was completely neglecting the issue and which is NOT acceptable at all, ....again I went yesterday and found he fixed it at last. Regarding food Not many chicken options to choose from besides...

This Franchise participates in a program Too Good To Go. This program is geared to prevent food wastage, as restaurants that participate will have surplus of unsold food. When I went to pick up my surprise bag 9:30 pm, I was provided a slice of pepperoni and a slice of veggie. I asked what they were doing with all the other food items they had, I.e slices and panzerottis, the response provided was that they are open to 3:00 am. Mind you, I paid $5.99 for the surprise bag. It's evident that this franchise is participating in a program for their own means to increase sale v.s what the program is intended for. For $5.20 I could've gotten 2 pepperoni slices which is cheaper than what I paid through Too Good to Go, or even went and picked up a hot n ready at Little Caesars. What's worst, the supervisor would not handle the situation and pawn it off to Too Good To Go. Customer service would not do anything as well. Never...

Excellent, great service from the one woman/front cash employee. I wish I could remember her name to give her proper recognition...dark complexion, in her 20s I'd guess, very well-spoken and courteous, she remembers your preferences! When I walk in she accurately predicts the type of pizza and dipping sauces I'm going to order...maybe I'm that predictable but good on her in this day and age and good on Pizza Pizza for hiring and keeping her.

I digress. Food is hot and fresh, cheesy goodness. Variety of sauces for Pizza Pizza is great now. Try the dill. Or the buffalo hot. Awesome.

Fast as can be with turning the pizza around, in and out in 10 minutes and at a DEAL and a half. Helps keep our budget in line and you get a tonne of food for what you pay. Kids never complain and always eat Pizza Pizza when daddy brings it home. Makes me look like quite the Rockstar. Win win.
