241 Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

Ordered breadsticks with cheese and received a completely different bread with cheese. The picture on their website for ordering clearly shows actual breadsticks and has an option to add cheese. Instead I got what was in the picture I attached here. When I called to them ask what happened with the breadsticks with cheese, the employee said because I opted for cheese that this is what they give.. These are NOT breadsticks and if opting for cheese means not getting real breadsticks then they should change a picture online or atleast advise this when ordering. This was the only part of the order for my son as he does not eat tomato sauce(pizza) and was not satisfied either with these being called breadsticks.

The employee then told me if I wanted regular breadsticks I would have to order and PAY for them.. when they made the wrong thing to begin with. I will never order from this place again. I can order breadsticks anywhere else and get what I...

Dec 29th, 2022. 8:42pm. I usually order from here, usually good pizza. Today I'm very disappointed by the order. There was barely any sauce. The pizza was so dry and as a result flavorless (the sauce is evidently half the flavor) whoever made this pizza today should be spoken to because its bad for business. I will be ordering somewhere else next time, id like to keep supporting you but I don't want dry pizza or the disappointment that comes with it. Its not even worth the gas money to go and complain and get a new pizza. Get it right guys, please. These are people's dinners you're dealing with here. Put some love into it because this just made me sad. I was so excited. And so, unless you're willing to remake both my pizzas at zero cost, for free, I will be supporting someone else...

Walked in there one night and there were 3 guys in the back drinking or whatever, they look over as we entered and a good 10 seconds or passes before "I" had to break the silence and say, "Hello??" And they're like, "Yeah?" And I'm like, "Yeah, can I get some service!?" We ordered 2 slices and the guy takes a slice from the display case and tosses it with the peel onto the oven and says, "u want it to go?" We say, "yeah" and without skipping a beat grabs the slice again and throws it in a bag and says "here ya go". We laughingly replied, "uhh can you heat it up a bit??" Maybe we were all hammered but that was one of the most dumbest customer service experiences...
