VERY DISAPPOINTED

Food taste : 2/10 ( old/ salad and rice ) ( very poor taste ) ( only samosa are good ( hoping they are fresh that day ) Management : 0/10 ( owner is very rude to worker, he scolded cashier girl infront of customer )

Cashier is really nice but the management is very poor people can easily see the cashier is working under pressure and doing lot od things at the same time and i even saw owner scolding on her 🙂 panipoori is good Thali is average ( i got rice and salad which was of yesterday ) i also got roti and that bowl inwhich i got roti wasn’t even cleaned and i just saw underneath the tissue paper and it was uncleaned and was smelling bad

Service : from people who working too great but just the management is poor workers have to do many things at same time it took almost 10 min for me just to get spoon 🥲 because cashier was the one who was managing orders , preparing food, cashier , making plates for catering all...

WORST experience ever!!!

I found strands of HAIR in kachoris. Nothing seemed fresh. All the kachoris tasted bad and smelled weird when broken open.

We were sick from the food.

I bought several different snacks and everything tasted old/stale.

When I called to say I found hair in the food. They first refused to agree. I said I have photos and rhey still didn’t do anything about it.

They make you pay taxes on items purchased but tell you to etransfer or cash and they don’t give receipt. This is fraud! They don’t pay taxes for their sales but make the customer pay and take payment in cash or etransfer only

This place health and safety licence should be inspected again as the facility is not hygenic at all. They don’t wear gloves when handling food. The girl at front threw out garbage and came to front to serve without hand washing

I am not exaggerating, but this place is an absolute disgusting place to eat. I have firsthand witnesses about the bad hygiene practises that they have. Please stay away if you care about your health, I have seen the owner pick up a piece of bread when it fell from the hot table and put it into a different customers plate. Floor of the store seems sticky and it actually stinks like a railway station on a busy morning.

The Owner (Alpak) at the counter is very rude and unprofessional. The Gujarati aunties working in the back are clearly overworked, I saw one auntie crying while rolling roties. The owner told me to mind my business when I showed concern. I heard loud cussing and shouting - I heard the owners wife saying to a young girl - “have your mother not taught you basic manners, what a shame!!??”. It was a rough experience in short would never go...
