Terrible Food, Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Taste. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I wish I could give them a ZERO STAR!!!!

FOOD QUALITY: We ordered catering of 65 ppl for a party at our place last sunday (25th Sept 2022). They charged us higher than the market rate, but we went there because of a friend's recommendation. The menu included:

Chana Masala Bihari Kabab Chicken Boti Chicken Achari Chicken Pulao Reshmi Kabab Parathas, Salad, Raita Kheer

We picked up food around 1pm and served at around 2:30pm (same day). It smelled a bit odd when we opened the trays, but we had all the guests arrived and had no choice to serve. So we served the food, assuming we are being paranoid. However, right after the party (6pm), when we were packing up the leftovers, it started smelling real bad and confirmed our initial fear that the food was rotten, or we were given old food which wasnt even kept in a refrigerator.

FOOD WASTAGE, AND A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE: So, we literally had to throw more than half of the food away (losing $1000). We were celebrating our son's graduation, and the whole party was messed up because of the bad food, causing us so much stress and embarrassment in front of our guests

HEALTH ISSUES: All of us (the hosts) had a bad stomach that night, and upon checking some of our guests had upset stomach as well.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: I have been calling the business for over 7 days, they only responded back with a text to share the concerns over the text which I did and requested a refund because of all the issues. Did not get any response for a week. I was able to get hold of an ill-mannered lady who did not have manners to listen to my complaint and asked me for the pictures of the rotten food. I told her how could he tell from the pictures if the food was bad, and she continued insisting. I told him more than money it was health issues, and I am going to report. She told me in a very rough tone that I can go complain to whoever I want, and they dont care. I am now going to to Health Authorities and will make sure they realize how they are playing with people's lives and hard earned money, and on top not realizing their mistakes.

Please BE CAREFUL ordering anything from this business, it can cause you health issues on top of...

If the whole world is destroyed by an atomic bomb and I am left with the only option of this place then I MIGHT think of going here for my survival, although the quality of the food here would still not assure my survival…

A big NO NO NO to this place….I am dead sure that all these 5-star reviews are written by their family and friends.

Nothing is freshly cooked, everything is either frozen or just microwaved and somehow still cold!!!

They don’t know the even the “CH” of Chapli Kabab…it wasn’t fully cooked and whitish liquid was coming out of it which is the first stage while we cook meat so it smelled bad too 🤮

Mutton Korma was also old with no taste, Chicken Biryani was just like white boiled rice with boiled chicken but a sprinkle of little orange colour to make you believe that you’re eating biryani….

There was a kind of sweet chutney which reminds me of cough syrup, Never coming back to this place...

Absolute best samosas!!!! What an unexpected Brampton diamond in the rough of a gazillion Indian cuisine spots! The samosas are huge, made to order fresh, cheap and perfectly delicious! You definitely will not have to worry about getting cheap, deep fried dough, stuffed with potatoes and frozen mixed veggies here! The meat is prepared in store, and of top notch quality ground beef/chicken. I highly recommend the beef samosas :) Everything is authentic, and there are tons of veggie options! Chicken biryani is good value for what you're paying, and I always add extra chicken for a small extra cost. This place is the perfect combo of fresh meets cheap meets quality! Everything is made to order, so I like to call ahead. They are fast and everything is piping hot upon pickup! Average wait time is 15-20 mins, but well worth the wait. They are 100% Halal and have great menu...
