Normally, the food here is really good. I never have problems with the food or the container they have. This time, the food was not properly placed and mind you, I’m driving. The food was kept the way it was handed to me. I am absolutely disappointed that when I opened the bag the pancit was all over the bag. When I called back, all I was told was “I held it wrong and that they changed the containers from their previous ones. Let us know next time if you want it wrapped” THAT IS NOT accountability. I am absolutely disappointed since I have been a regular customer here for YEARS. I forgave them for the time they accidentally forgot about my reserved food that they didn’t set aside months ago and took a little break from coming there. For context I was so disappointed as I had driven to go there only to find my food wasn’t set aside and there were none of the food that I wanted left. It was a popular food order so I made sure to reserve ahead since I didn’t make it in time the last Tuesday, so it was very disappointing not seeing my reserved food there upon arrival. Though, the food spillage in the bag today and ZERO accountability takes the cake. I will not be coming back for a while. That’s so sad since some of the people there are nice and sweet. I just want to be as honest and transparent as possible since the people here are so nice and have been great these past few years, that these few incidents hurt. I had read some bad reviews about the service here and to be honest, they could not have been further from the truth. The ladies here were very friendly and patient with me. They asked if there were any meats I couldn't eat and explained all the dishes to me. Portions were massive for an extremely great value and tastes amazing.

My only regret was not asking to swap the white rice for some of the fried rice they had just cooked up for my combo because it looked and smelled incredible. To top it all off, because it was my first time, they gave me an empanadita to taste.

Great service with a smile, huge portions, great taste and great value. Will definitely be coming back here again to try everything and support...

Bought chicken noodles, goat stew, and chicken stew. Haven’t had such delicious and fresh food with very reasonable price for a long time. Noodles with plenty of chicken and variety of vegetables like shredded carrot, cabbage, snow peas, ..just the right amount of spice and salt like homemade food. Goat stew is cooked that the meat is thoroughly flavoured and soft, the carrot peas and potato in it are nutritious with gravy. Perfect to put on steamed rice. The ladies are so friendly and the restaurant reminds you of coming home. The food is made with care, true to the picture. Finally find the home kitchen.
