WORST KFC EVER. 50 Rivermont Brampton ON Their computer ordering system is not sending the correct order out. Called store to tend a discrepancy and they literally argued with me that I got what I ordered. I told them I had order something different. I spent $84.30 on a partial order. They won't correct on their end. Stating they don't have any way to know what I bought, or what I was charged. I am SURE the amount of the TIP and delivery was known to them. I have the screenshot of my order, I asked for delivery as I am disabled. They want me to go to their store so they can see my screenshot. I AM DISABLED that is why I placed an order for delivery. Then ask me why?? You can't CHOOSE to order from a different store through their site, I have already had trouble there. Missed part of my order then. You'd think after the prior time they'd have looked into why they didn't show what was ordered and have it fixed. You run a business and can't correct an order when a customer calls to tell you it is wrong? They said post it to the website. Okay I am positively posting it...
Read moreThis was my 3 or 4th time going there. The customer service was astonishing unpleasant on various occasions. I had a pleasant experience a few months ago with some miscommunication regarding my order but this visit today has solidified that i will not be going back. I had requested that a particular drink be looked into as it had tasted funny and was left waiting for over 10-15 minutes with no follow up or response as to any next steps. Then I had to request again for assistance on the matter, and I guess when they had refilled the station, the workers had just left and not said a word. The portion sizes are very menial and I wasn’t given an option or at least made aware of the fact that it is customary that if I want all dark meat that I should have requested that as an option instead of being offered to select as an option but the kiosks give you that option!! I will be sticking to popeyes next...

So I always order using app and it shows the exact time on which it’ll be ready, but everytime i reach the store, they start preparing at that time. I don’t know why that happens because I already ordered and payed for it so there is no sense they don’t prepare it in time, the store won’t be in loss if I don’t show up as it’s payed so what’s the point in ordering before hand? They need to change this if they got order they need to prepare it by the time. My 10 mins get wasted waiting for food and I’m left with 20 mins to eat and go...
