Sure I told them make it on a wrap and one more on bagel. And I had pumpkin spice latte which I notice it's half the cup so I went inside right away. I told manveer about the situation. And then I saw the croissantes and I asked him that you guys said you don't have. He thought and came up with this reason sorry these croissantes are very old and bad as well they are stale. I am like why do you have it in the shelf he replied its for show case and I replied so you are telling me you gave me one farmer wrap on a stale croissant or now you are just lieng. He said a lot of times we leave old stuff in show case for customer to see not to buy. Since when Tim Horton's started doing that. I have worked 5 years at Tim Horton's we never put stale old stuff in shelves it's always fresh I am going to take this complaint to the Tim Horton's headoffice. Very bad customer service.

Read moreThis location needs a lot of help especially early in the morning from 4 AM till about 8 AM. It’s totally totally unacceptable. The coffee is always warm nine or 10 times. My order is always wrong that I have to adjust myself and the lineups are horrendous with the cars through the drive-through at this time. I know that they have lots of new staff and their training but it’s extremely confusing because a lot of them unfortunately don’t know what they’re doing including the people who are training. Please get this resolved as we’re always in a rush to get to work, especially at our Amazon plants And it’s always a hit or miss with this location half the time I’ve witness people backing out of the drive-through because they just can’t take the weight any longer. But please also make sure your coffee is warm and done right!
