KFC — Restaurant in Brampton

Bad customer service and the place is always dirty and has this weird smell. I walk in the store and im waiting at the counter for at least 4 minutes before someone comes over and asks me what I want, even though there are no other customers in the store and I can hear at least 3 people in the back talking loudly and laughing. Finally a woman comes up to the counter and takes my order, which was only a sandwitch, no combo or fries or anything. She tells me it's going to take 6 minutes. 6 minutes for 1 burger at kfc is ridiculous to me but I say okay. The wait is more like 12-15 minutes, which is again RIDICULOUS when I was the only customer in the store and there were 3 workers. I noticed they didn't start making my order till 3 minutes after the lady left the counter, she went back and continued talking to the others. As for the cleanliness, it's not dirty persay. Everything is neat and organized and there isn't garbage everywhere, but the floor looks like it hasn't been swept in a week and the windows not washed in a year. It smells like wet wood or a wet dog; just something damp that's been left there for a long time. Not too strong but you can definitely smell it. I feel disgusting just being in there. If it weren't for the fact that the food is actually good, they would be getting one star. I've been here 3 times and it's always the same, this location won't be getting another...

Well I can't believe I have to give one star to this place I went there to buy chicken today and going around store I realize all those black boxes have you ever noticed them that's actually traps for rats over mouse so that should tell you how dirty the kitchen is in this location do not waste your money or time at this KFC try to go find another one at another location where the location is nice and clean have you ever notice their ATM machine when you have to pay by credit or debit the machine is disgusted it's disgusting have you see that is all dirty and greasy I mean you can catch a disease just by pressing the buttons and when I told the guy that I didn't want to touch the machine cuz it was nasty the manager that was standing next to him he just pretend like I didn't say nothing unless I went to sit down somewhere else so make sure that if you want Kentucky fried Chicken go somewhere else where is more classy than...

They didn't have legs or thighs, when I ask for a 2 piece and fries, witch I had to repeat myself every time cause the guy kept punching in 3 piece instead of two which I repeatedly ask for and the girl after repeatedly rolling her eyes at me when I looked away from what my 12 year old son observed. She said they only have White meat breast rib and one wing, I ask for one wing and a rib so I don't have to pay twice for white meat. It was the first time my son has ever tried KFC he never ate it before, but the two of them gave us a very bad and disappointing experience. And I got a 1crib, 1wing and a small fries for him nothing else cause he doesn't drink pop.
