KFC — Restaurant in Brampton

Very pleased with my visit. Phenomenal customer service, exterior area in dining was very tidy and being cleaned by an associate named Valentine, she was very nice when interacting with the front cashier Surpreet as lunch hour kicked in and they had to expedite orders together. Surpreet smiled the whole time was very clear, present and pleasant to all guests and food was very delicious and hot and fresh with a short wait time only. I would 10/10 go back and I've been to this location before renovations, and back when other employees were working there and they were rude to students and some customers but this was a judgement free environment and she even asked if I wanted ketchup and included plenty of napkins without me asking. She suggested upsizing the Tuesday special which was a good idea and she even greeted everyone instead of just asking them what they wanted to order. 2022 and still strong, jespreet and the other fine lady always so...

Very poor experience. First off the door was broken and didn't open properly. Second - we ordered an upgraded combo off the menu and they said they couldn't offer it to us as that special wasn't offered anymore we would have to buy it separately which cost double the amount of choosing the upgrade. My husband said it's on the menu tho and she said we can't, that special is old. He then said but it's on your specials menu screen right above you. She then said sorry sir we can't. He then asked for a manager and and explained what he wanted and then the manger said w she could do it for us. Third - one person was running cash and the line was very very long and other people were getting upset and asked for an extra person for cash and she said sorry we don't have someone to run the other till. This KFC is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been too. I used to work for KFC for many years and the inegrity and methods that they use in this store is terrible. The store also offers delivery. We went in during peak time when they should be cooking chicken and having chicken up and ready. We had to wait for chicken, and there were many others waiting. The store was messy, the lineup was long and slow. There was only one person working in the back forking chicken and making orders; never saw a single manager in sight and only one front counter person trying to get all the orders together. They don't even bag the orders correctly and everything's all shoved in haphazardly. Because this is a busy place they should have more workers at that time and have them trained properly. even though the store is closer to my home I won't be going there again, I'll be going...
