Hamara had such poor customer service, not only was she bossing around her other colleague (Poonam) when she needed to go on a break. But also we came with a NEWLY received coupon. At first she told me that I couldn’t get the 6inch sub of my choice because it was not included but her reasoning was iffy even after that we asked to get veggie subs, which she said we can get with veggie patty. But then at checkout she made me scan the coupon 4 different times, then gave me the wrong total and said the veggie pattie was not included. From a customer perspective it seems as she did not know how to use the cash system and was then enforcing us to pay more even though we asked before ordering our subs and then says we have to pay. At the end she said our NEWLY Recieved coupon is not available and said we cannot use it. The other cashier was much nicer and trying to be helpful and calm but she also did not know how to function her system. This was extremely poor customer service, and on top Hamara was showing so much attitude, after 5 mins of back and forth we decided to leave because it felt unfair to over Pay when we had done our due diligence and were being accused of using the wrong coupon. Which also Hamara said we can use again. A lot of misinformation this location really needs to pick up on their customer service skills.
Also Hamara said she would take the Patties out of our subs because she failed to inform us when we double checked with her and was willing to give used Pattie’s to other customers.
Even after we said we can pay extra for the veggie Pattie’s ontop of the coupon she was still trying to make us pay for a reg price 2 6-inch combos after we had already presented the coupon. She tried to not only charge extra for that but also drinks and cookies which were INCLUDED IN THE COUPON!! So frustrated after this experience. Our coupon is gone to waste. NEVER EVER RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION!!

Read moreWriting on the behalf of my Brother Monday Morning, I placed a sandwich order through the Subway mobile app. I went to pick it up, and when I gave the employee my name and order number (which were also clearly visible in the confirmation email I showed her), she still insisted on seeing my photo ID. I am not a delivery driver.
I was honestly shocked — I’ve never been asked for ID when picking up food before, especially not for something as simple as a mobile app order. I travel frequently across Canada and the U.S., and I’ve used the Subway app many times — this has never happened at any other location.
To avoid further delays (as I was already running late), I reluctantly showed my ID. After that, she handed me a receipt to sign.
As far as I’m aware, Subway does not have any policy requiring customers to show ID for mobile order pickups. This experience was inconvenient, unnecessary, and frankly unacceptable.
She doesn’t even know how to follow simple instructions. I had two sandwiches and told her to pack them separately, but she put both in a single paper bag. That was for two people — how am I supposed to give it to them like that? If we’re paying the price, we deserve good service too.
This location is one of the worst I’ve visited, and I would appreciate a response from the store manager or someone from Subway Canada explaining this policy — if it...
Read moreA girl working here Manmeet tell her how to talk to customers. I asked for a tape to wrap up my subway meal because they were out of bag. First she didn't noticed and when she noticed i don't know what hurry she was. She started asking her colleagues if i have paid for the meal or no. Why do you think the lady she would give me the meal without me paying for it. When i asked her why you asking if i have paid or no then she came out with so much arrogance and anger. I am asking my colleague nobody is asking you. Please calm her down give her vacations and send her to communication classes so she can learn how to talk to customer when they ask for any service. I work in customer service too i know how to handle customers and pressure coming from them and how to be calm and gentle. Thank you Otherwise food is...
