Had a weird day where I woke up very early and felt productive. (Jet lagged) I woke up my husband so we could grab coffee/sandwich and then do a bit of work to start my day & we saw there’s Tim Horton’s 24/7 that’s open. First we got there at 4:45sh and they said they only open front door at 5:00 am. (So we waited outside - so many customers coming in and leaving before 5 because they thought it’s closed and left). Washrooms are CLOSED & was not allowed to be used until I asked if I could use it and was waiting for 1 1/2. The other staff had to ask the other guy/ they opened it but the guy gave me a rude and annoyed stare while he removed the barrier. Then they put the barrier again and removed it at 7 am. What the heck????? Are they trying to keep the washroom clean for morning shift because people are lazy to clean during the night shift?? It was around 9:30 am and I’m about to leave after wrapping up my work when the manager (OLGA) came up to me and very rudely said this. “You know this is NOT your office, you can’t stay and work here.” & I was shocked on what I heard. I was just about to order my second coffee for the day and soon leaving. It’s my first time working here anywhere at Tim Hortons. Yes we came here early, but it wasn’t busy, I wasn’t being disruptive, a guy beside me was working too - she didn’t talk to him so I didn’t even think of it. She said she had eyes on me the moment she arrived at 7 am and has been apparently “watching” me. The place was not full and has lots of empty seats. She said people can only stay there for one hour max. So people can’t chat and talk for 2 hours?? I looked around the place was half empty. & Even if I need to leave - she could have said it in well and nicely mannered voice rather than a rude and insulting one. What kind of manager does that? When they’re supposed to be supervising people and setting example to their own employees. Why are the staffs in this location so RUDE! When I came to the guy staff to ask to buy for coffee before leaving and ask for the woman who rudely came to my desk to talk to me. She came yelling and said “What What? You can only stay here till 10 AM *in front of everybody*” she kept butting in to the conversation with the staff while I order. Then when I came to her & told in her face - that she could have said it in a nicer way (if I need to leave). That how she spoked to me was very rude and insulting. She just said “sorry” then walked away right away - not really caring nor meaning what she just said. Whether you’re a manager or not - you can’t just raise your voice and be rude to everyone, just because it’s “your store” to get your point across. What a said experience. I used to work at Tim Hortons part time as HS student, in another location 15 years ago, but we were never trained to be this rude towards our customers because they’re the ones that support and patronize our shop and that’s why there’s sales. I worked night shift before too - didn’t put time limit to customers whose just enjoying their morning coffee either. Rather we even built relationship with our regulars. I just landed to Toronto few days ago (we live oversees now) and I was impressed by how well renovated this place was. It’s close to my mom’s house so I would have wanted to keep coming back here. But with your very rude staff doesn’t matter how well renovated the place is, eventually loyal customers would rather choose to go somewhere else than here as many mentioned in the feedback. What a pity. Would rather go somewhere than come here because of this rude encounter and experience. If she did that once openly to me, I wonder to who else. & where is the “can’t use the washroom till 7 am” rule came from and why?” As far as I know - when it comes to customer service - this is by far has the worst customer service Tim Hortons Location I’ve ever encounter.

This is by far the best Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to in Ontario, Canada. The interior is absolutely beautiful – spotless, bright, and welcoming, with well-kept furniture that makes it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy. We ordered fresh hot coffee, an Ice Cap, muffins, and cookies, and everything was served fresh and delicious. The coffee was perfectly brewed, the Ice Cap was refreshing, and the baked goods tasted like they just came out of the oven. The employees here deserve special mention – they were extremely friendly, polite, and provided top-notch customer service. They made us feel valued and appreciated. Overall, this Tim Hortons truly stands out for its cleanliness, atmosphere, food quality, and excellent staff. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone nearby! Special Thanks to Employees for a top notch customer service, Harpreet, Harman and all the team

This korning i went here as i was already late for my work so want some breakfast.... First they take too long to serve.... Than to make... I am not saying they were bad but the thing is i feel there is lot of pressure may be owner wants to get more out of less staff... the location is bizy but whole things were upon few girls..... I think owner should get more staff so they can work without any load. I ordered sandwich and that was burn even hashbrown in it was not good may be it was fried more... That's not i want after spending my money. .... this is for owner. You are taking advantage of your workers.

very disappointing experience we had recently at your location.

Yesterday, we went through the drive-thru and were double charged for our order. Today, when we returned to the same location to place a new order and bring up the issue, we were told the drive-thru wasn’t working and were asked to come inside.

Once inside, we spoke to a girl at the front named Anoop. We tried to explain what had happened, but her response was extremely rude and unprofessional. She simply said, “Talk to the manager, I can’t do anything,” with a very arrogant tone. When we asked her to call the girl who was at the drive-thru yesterday, she refused and said, “She’s busy, I can’t.”

A few moments later, the girl from the drive-thru actually came over herself. She listened to us patiently, understood the mistake, and apologized sincerely. We truly appreciated her honesty and politeness.

However, Anoop’s behavior was completely unacceptable. As regular customers, we were shocked at how disrespectfully she treated us. Her attitude was not only unprofessional, but also dismissive and arrogant. Someone with such poor customer service skills should not be in a supervisory role.

In contrast, the girl who made the mistake yesterday handled the situation with maturity and grace. She deserves more credit than Anoop, who is only driving loyal customers away. We used to visit daily—but after today, we will no longer be returning.

If this is the kind of service your location is going to offer, Anoop is going to be the reason your Tim...

Came here right now in drive through to grab a mocha iced capp. PS. I have it everyday. The girl right now on the drive through is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Teach her how to talk to customers and behave well. She makes faces while talking! Mocha iced capp is filled till top and these people only fill the glass and give no whipping cream making a cone on the top! When questioning and asking for more politely they deny making it how it looks like in picture. I have it everyday hence I clearly know how it tastes and how it looks. Please teach basic manner and customer services to your employees and the standard according to which a drink a drink is shown in the picture. Even in the speaker they greet with ‘what do you want?’ Is this how you talk to your consumers. I am utterly disappointed with the service given by this employee today and it should be corrected by the team. I am not here to be insulted and talked over when all I politely asked was for whipping cream and to make the drink how it looks like ignoring the fact that how rudely she talked over the drive through speaker. Plus she asks me to come in the store to see the picture when I am in the drive through. Also does the owner of this location teaches these employees to close the window on the face? Reading reviews here, I am not surprised. Time : 10:30 PM Date : Thursday...
