If possible, I would give this restaurant a negative rating. The service, food quality and attitude from the staff/managers that my family had to endure tonight by this Boston Pizza was absolutely unacceptable.
We have been to this restaurant many times in the past but the experience tonight was beyond anything we have experienced at any restaurant before. We came in for dinner and were promptly greeted by our waitress who took our drinks order. She then returned to take our order for our appetizers and meals. We had ordered 3 appetizers; Bandera Bread, Nachos and Cactus Cut Chips as well as 4 different mains. After about 15-20 minutes, the Nachos come out with all of our entrees to which we were expecting to receive our appetizers first, as it generally works, or so we thought. We sent the entrees back because we wanted to enjoy our appetizers first and we continued to wait for our other two appetizers to come out. After another 15 minutes, we still see no appetizers and we waved to a manager to come and help us out to see what was going on. This manager was disgustingly rude, asking us, "what would you like for me to do?", and lying/blaming us by saying "the kitchen is backed up and you placed your order for the appetizers much later". He leaves and lets us know that our appetizers will be out shortly and our entrees will be freshly cooked when we are ready to have them. Another manager named TJ came to speak to us and we explain the situation to him, he says that the waitress told him that we had placed the order for the Bandera Bread and the Cactus Cut Chips after the order was already placed, which was a lie. We then, after 15 minutes, receive our appetizers and let the waitress know that we are ready for our entrees. To our surprise, the entrees are the exact same ones that were taken back originally just mixed around so we wouldn't be able to tell the difference. We ask the waitress to take them back and cook us new entrees. She brings out our new entrees and one of the entrees we had ordered was missing. We again ask the waitress where this entree was and says she will go and check in the back. The manager, TJ, comes back and tells us that order was never placed and that they will be preparing it now. He specifically mentions that he will be taking care of the bill, AS HE SHOULD, due to all the reckless mistakes that were made by his staff this evening. Our final entree finally arrives 10 minutes later. TJ then comes to us with the receipt for our meal, and leaves it on the table. We look at it and there is a 25% reduction from the bill with all of our meals and appetizers still on the receipt. We call him back and ask him to explain what this bill meant, as at first he notes that he would take care of it and then hands us a bill with all the items, even the ones the kitchen and/or staff screwed up on. He responds with, "Oh, I removed the Pizza from the order". The issue we had was with the pasta that was ordered as well as two of the appetizers. He mentions that this is the best is he able to do.
This restaurant and management are an absolute joke. Save yourself from eating from this place and just go to McDonald's instead....

However as a loyal customer I had to bring this to the manager attention as I was seated and look around I felt disgusted to be in a restaurant where people eat food and there is garbage and dirty dishes everywhere it completely blows my mind about the Cleanliness of the table floors chairs etc , I would hope that the manager would of done something about this to make me myself the customer happy but she has done nothing. To the owner for not handling the situation as such your manager should be trained to keep the restaurant to a franchise standard not look like a chef in the kitchen cover in flour. I could of exited and dine at another restaurant but I give it a fair shot to see how this will be addressed but your staff needs training for a franchise business I will take the extra measures to contact the city of brampton with health and safety measures to inspect your restaurant including your kitchen because I can only imagine if the dining area is this filthy what the kitchen would look like. This review is typed at your restaurant 20 mins after clearing the bill the table is still not looked after . Not to mention the flies while dining . Completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way this situation was handled and for a restaurant you do not sweep while people is dining we shouldn't have to eat dust in our food Thanks for reading .. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcomed. Her attentiveness throughout the meal was outstanding - she anticipated our needs and was always there when we needed anything.
Not only she was attentive, but she also had an in-depth knowledge of the menu. She offered great recommendations and helped us find the perfect dishes that suited our preferences. Her passion for the food and the restaurant truly shone through, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable.
Throughout the evening, she displayed an incredible level of professionalism and friendliness. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was just right, making us feel like valued guests. Her positive attitude and cheerful demeanor created a delightful atmosphere that enhanced our overall dining experience.
The service was seamless and timely, and we never felt rushed, allowing us to savor every moment of our meal. I highly recommend dining at the restaurant and having Alexis as your waiter. The manager also had genuine warmth and impeccable service made our visit truly memorable, and we can't wait to return for another delightful experience.
