Visited Paranthe Wali Gali on a Saturday afternoon for lunch to try their famous paranthas.

The restaurant ambience is decent and we were seated in a few minutes upon arrival.

We waited for sometime and then Jashan, the server for our table arrived who was nice and presentable. We ordered a variety of vegetarian stuffed paranthas (Potato/Cauliflower/Raddish). We were told that it would take about 30 minutes for all the paranthas to be ready and any additional request after that will take another 30 minutes so we decided to order everything at once instead of waiting again. I didn’t quite understand the rationale behind this as paranthas were being made one after the other for almost every other table.

We thought we would be served water but when it wasn’t, we asked the server and were told that they would provide a bottle of water along with some glasses. Normally, most of the restaurants would serve water in the form of a jug or small bottles when seated. I was surprised to see that the bottle of water was charged $2.00 in the bill which was something I wasn’t made aware of. This was disappointing and we should have been informed upfront that water would be charged. One can buy a full case of water from outside at that price. A restaurant that seems to get so much business is charging for water ? Very unusual.

All the paranthas ordered were delicious and crispy but I liked the Raddish parantha the most as that’s my favourite and the spices added in it were different than the others. The paranthas had slightly more oil to make them crispier but that can be avoided if possible.

The Dal Makhani served along with the paranthas was excellent and tasted very authentic. The yogurt also was very fresh, creamy and thick which I really enjoyed. I felt that the price of one plate of parantha was high compared to other Indian restaurants that also specialize in paranthas.

After we were done with our lunch, we were asked to leave a Google review before leaving. I honestly did not like this idea of asking customers to provide a review immediately after their meals and so I told the server that I would surely leave a review but later to which he agreed.

Overall, our experience was fine but I would suggest the restaurant to seriously consider the concerns that have been...

Server: Jashan

I recently had the pleasure of dining at paranthe wali gal, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was inviting, exuding a cozy yet sophisticated vibe. However, what truly elevated this dining experience was our incredible server, Jashan, who made the evening even more memorable.

Upon being seated, Jashan greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm for the restaurant's offerings. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he effortlessly guided us through the various dishes, providing valuable recommendations based on our preferences.

As we savored the delectable dishes, Jashan's attention to detail and impeccable service shone through. He was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were never empty and promptly addressing any requests we had. His passion for the culinary arts was evident as he explained the intricacies of each dish, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Throughout the evening, it was apparent that Jashan truly cared about our satisfaction and enjoyment. His pleasant demeanor and professionalism made us feel like valued guests, and his dedication to ensuring everything was perfect was commendable.

Now, let's talk about the food! The menu offered an array of mouthwatering options, and each dish was a masterpiece. The flavors were expertly balanced, and the presentation was a feast for the eyes. Whether you're a fan of exotic delicacies or classic favorites, this restaurant has something to please every palate.

I highly recommend trying the butter chicken parantha and gul gulle paranthe, as they were both bursting with flavor and left a lasting impression. And don't forget to leave room for dessert!

In conclusion, my experience at paranthe wali gal was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the extraordinary service provided by Jashan. The combination of delectable cuisine and impeccable hospitality has earned this establishment a well-deserved five-star rating. If you're looking for an exquisite dining experience, be sure to visit paranthe wali gali, and I hope you have the pleasure of being served by the fantastic Jashan.

Thank you for an unforgettable...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant where our server, Harman, made our experience truly exceptional. Harman's attentive and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and throughout the meal, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was memorable.

Harman's knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he took the time to explain each dish in detail, helping us make informed choices. His recommendations were spot-on, and it's clear that he is passionate about the cuisine offered at the restaurant.

Moreover, Harman's impeccable timing ensured that our courses were perfectly paced, allowing us to savor each dish without feeling rushed. She was also attentive to our needs, promptly refilling our drinks and checking in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.

As for the food itself, it was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The restaurant's commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients shone through in every bite.

In summary, our experience at this restaurant, thanks in large part to Harman, was outstanding. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine warmth greatly enhanced our dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend both the restaurant and the excellent service provided by Harman to anyone seeking an unforgettable...

The over all experience was average. The paratha was amazing really liked all of them but the service was very bad. The server who served us, was Saloni she insisted to order at one go and said we can’t re order. We were not sure we wanted one more but she said we can’t order again so we were left with no option and ordered extra paratha. I don’t understand this marketing tactics pushing customers to order only once. We SPECIFICALLY told her we want the extra paratha’s later after what we have ordered for first round. We waited for almost 30 mins to receive our first set of order and then they got the second order immediately along with the first one. Though we had not started eating the first paratha itself. They dint even take it back and said after ordering we have to take it. The second paratha had become cold by the time we finished first one. This was really disappointing which I dint expect. Why do we have to pay to eat cold paratha and for this kind of poor service. The Niagara location was much better than this. First of all making us order in first go is not correct and getting everything together is more annoying. Though I want to revisit for good food due to this kind of poor service I am very disappointed to go back.
