Popular Pizza (Queen/Torbram) — Restaurant in Brampton

I ordered party size pizza last night from this location it was half tandoori chicken and half tandoori paneer pizza but this is what I got from them. I ordered around 10:30pm at night and received my order around 11:15pm and delivery driver navpreet Singh delivered my pizza. As soon as I went inside my house and opened the box there was no paneer and chicken on my pizza, they sent me veggie pizza and I paid for tandoori chicken and paneer pizza. When I called the delivery driver and told him everything and he said now the store is closed because it’s 11pm so I can call in morning and tell them what and they will give issue me whole refund or I will get a new pizza from them. But when I called the driver he said I can call at store and talk to them. When I called at store and told them they said I have placed an order for veggie pizza and that’s what they delivered, even they didn’t talked to me well they don’t know how to talk with customers. This was the worst experience from this store. I don’t recommend anyone to visit them. It was really bad experience. Service was really bad they don’t know how to behave with customers.never going to order...

I here specifically for staff, I called around 11:24 PM to order medium pizza and and I was on call with the one of Staff member for 5 to 6 minutes because I was ordering the pizza and then in just one minute I call back because I wanted to change it to large pizza and the girl was saying that they can’t change the order because they already start preparing the pizza ,which is not possible in one minute ,they could easily change my order because I immediately called back. While, they said they are already preparing the pizza and they can’t do anything which is really disappointing because I myself was a pizza maker I know after taking order it take 2,3 minutes to start preparing and I also do work in a food industry as a cook and I know the value of the customer, and their preferences but I feel like they don’t value the customer at popular pizza . I’ve been to Popular Pizza a few times, but after my most recent visit, I won’t be returning. The biggest issue I have is the constant fluctuation in prices. Every time I go, the prices seem to change without any clear explanation. One day, a Dip is $1.10, and the next, it’s $2.5 for the same exact Dip with no changes to the menu. I get that prices can change due to factors like promotions, but there’s no consistency or transparency about why they’re increasing so frequently. It feels like they’re just charging whatever they think they can get away with, and it's frustrating as a customer who expects some level of predictability when dining out. I understand businesses need to adjust prices, but when you can’t rely on the pricing being stable or fair, it’s hard to trust the place. There are plenty of other pizza spots in town with better pricing and more honesty. I won’t be coming back...
