Today, Sunday December 12th @ 09:16 AM I placed an order via Uber Eats for this location (been a regular customer up until today which is the last day). My breakfast sandwich, XL Coffee and 2 hashbrowns had taken over an hour. Usually it takes 20 minutes or less and I'm still waiting for my breakfast order. When I contacted the Manager of this location, they stated it was a "glitch" and conveniently my order was the only one that had the glitch. I wasn't contacted to advise of this delay. I had to contact my Uber Eats to inquire. This location has made order mistakes in the past as well, I. E. Missing items, not following instructions carefully as per app instructions, etc. and this order is no exception. Terrible service. The order supposed to come with free Hotcakes if my order was $9 or more (my total was $20.58). There was NO HOTCAKES. I also requested the Mayo Style Sauce and this item was also missing. The fact they missed these items not only reiterates my claim of this location making constant errors but also simply means the staff don't read or follow the instructions given by the customer. This also translates to poor Management who fail to conduct quality audits of food before they are expedited. Time is 10:22 AM and my order which I placed at 9:16 AM is just arriving. I hold no fault against the Uber Driver or the Uber services itself. This location is at fault as the Manager stated they have a tablet they default back on when there are order issues....

I want to start off by saying God bless this McDonalds here at mountain ash I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's since I've been going for years and this is the foremost the best one I've been to this far I came into this McDonald's and I didn't even have to wait like other McDonald's they leave you hanging especially when the staff at other McDonald's see you at the cash register ready to order and they're busy laughing joking and having a conversation especially when it's not busy but I can tell you whith this McDonald's right here at Mountain ash they are very fast and the staff get to your order right away I want to bring up one of the staff members at this McDonald's name Jasmin she welcomed me in with a beautiful smile 🙏🙏👍👍😊 and she took my order and I felt her positive beautiful energy inside of her when she took my order and she handle herself very well when it comes to this McDonald's being busy and dealing with the rude customers she's very respectful and I want to say to the top manager of the McDonald's Jasmin is such a beautiful lady with a heart of gold such a sweet lady inside and out and she has a blessed heart and she's definitely going to go places in life and be successful on what she do with her job because she does it very well and I want to say God bless Jasmin's life and she has such a bright future ahead of her...

Manager SUKHPREET. Unprofessional, rude thinks she is the great manager but she have 0 sense of customer service was dining with my brother around 10:35 i just had 2 bites of my food she send somebody to tell us we closing in 5 mins i said okay thankyou . FALSE INFORMATION WHEN THEY CLOSE AT 11. While i am eating somebody came again to tell us at 10:50 we are now closed i said let me finish this i know you are closed and at 11 i was almost done with my food and dessert manager sukhpreet came to us at exact 11 to tell me you need to leave NOW very rudely i said i will once i am done she showed me time at her phone screen like i dont know what the time is and told me at 11:01 that i am going to call the cops if you dont leave NOW. Like what do we look like what kind of customer service is this i never understand can you not let your guest finish the meal they bought peacefully why 100 interruptions it was only 1 minute after you close and you are threatening somebody that we calling cops on you i was just eating atleast you could have wait 5 mins for us.
