Worse Pizza Pizza location at mountainaish. Please don't go this location as they will most likely treat you like garbage and wont have the toppings avaliable. I went to the store at 6:45pm and ordered 2 XL special with 2 large order of potatoe Wedges. I was specific about my order and they made it all wrong as they asked me to check my order in front of them. The girl told me what do you want me to do and I asked her to make the same order again and requested her to make it right this time. She went to the cook and asked him to make the order again which was at 7:15pm (30 mins of waiting already). The cook and the cashier started arguing in front of me. I requested the girl to please ensure my order is correct and asked her to confirm if the toppings I requested were put on the Pizza to which she replied the cook has placed my order in the oven however it's the same style of pizza and nothing is changed. She said if I asked the cook again he will get angry with me. She said they didn't have green chillies or ginger while it's written right over the cash counter to ask for fresh chillies and ginger. The time was now 7:30pm. The cook comes out from the back like a gangster with empty containers in his hand and tells me there is no ginger or green chillies and why should I be blamed for the owners mistake. He told me I am not going out to buy groceries so please don't talk to me. I never even approached him or asked him to do anything special for me. After waiting for more than 50 mins I walked out of the store disappointed and they DID NOT do anything to rectify the issue. I called Pizza Pizza customer care and spoke to Salman and requested to speak to the manager and he hung up the phone in the middle. Seriously Pizza Pizza train your franchisees better instead of ripping the customers off. Shame on you guys. Horrible experience ordering from this location late at night. My 11 year old sister placed an order which was wrong so I called to cancel within 10 minutes of the order being placed. Was put on hold for almost an additional 15 minutes. Shortly after a service rep picked up we notified him of the wrong order and asked for it to my cancel and he did without hesitation. Approx 5 minutes after the driver calls and tells us the store did not notify him of the circumstances and we reassured him the ordered was cancelled due to it being a wrong order placed and it was cancelled before we knew it was made. Later within the hour I placed a new order, correctly and was contacted by customer service to confirm the order was correct and if they should proceed and I confirmed it. An hour later I called back Pizza Pizza and asked about the order and they said apparently I was suppose to give the payment details over the phone which I was NEVER told when the previous rep called about the payment details having to be given over the phone and this rep started to accuse me of lying about that circumstance as I continued to reassure him that is not what was explained to me, I asked to be forwarded to a supervisor, was then put on hold for 20 mins before going to a deadline where nobody answered. After hanging up and calling back 3 additional times, I was then put through to supervisor Michelle, who completely gave me a different story that was said by the delivery driver. I don’t appreciate the dishonestly and lies from the driver and the unprofessional manner from all service reps who weren’t even able to help solve a simple problem as this. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This was, hands down, the most disappointing and infuriating fast food experience I’ve ever had. Let’s break it down, shall we?

First, the wait. A solid 20 minutes just to get my food at a supposed “fast food” restaurant. Ridiculous. But I figured, okay, maybe they’re taking their time to make sure everything is fresh and hot. Oh, how naive of me.

We finally get our food, open the snack box, and guess what? It’s supposed to come with fries, but THERE WERE NONE. Zero. Not a single fry in sight. How do you forget an entire portion of the meal? It’s literally part of the advertised box! At this point, I was already annoyed, but it gets worse.

The so-called “chicken” was a joke. I took one bite, and it was basically just a rock-hard piece of bone with the tiniest bit of dry, shriveled-up meat attached. I wouldn’t even feed this to a stray dog. Absolute garbage.

And then we get to the poutine, if you can even call it that. There were maybe two or three tiny, pathetic pieces of cheese, barely any gravy at all, and to top it off, the box wasn’t even filled all the way. So not only was it disgusting, but they also skimped on the portion. This is just straight-up laziness and cheapness at its finest.

And to top it all off, this disaster of a meal cost me $20.00. TWENTY DOLLARS for missing fries, a rock pretending to be chicken, and a sad excuse for poutine. I’ve had better meals from gas stations for half the price.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. This was my first time ever trying Pizza Pizza, and I can confidently say it will be my last. I had at least some expectations, but this place managed to fail on every single level. Do better. 1/10, and that’s me...
