Hi, I just ordered gobbie Manchurian in this restaurant via Uber eats and make them call to told them a clear instructions stating that I want a food less spicy and I have allergies with the spicy food. With this clear instructions I can receive a call from them stating that food is ready and taken by the driver hasn't picked up my food yet and these guys are making a legitimate claim that the food has been dispatched.

In past mistakenly, I place an order for a veggie Manchurian with this restaurant and they coated the Manchurian with the chili flakes. I The guy on call advised me to not make a complaint for a quality of food with rude tone and forced me to cancel the order..

On the other hand, food that I received has lots of chili flakes on it and also very crazy and unhygienic. I think this restaurant mainly focus on quantity of the food rather than the quality which makes a lot of a difference right? I would suggest other people to go for other indo-chinese food options than this restaurant strongly this recommending...

Due to the high ratings decided to check this place out hoping for great results; June 14/2023 ordered the FAMILY FEAST: 3 large mains: chilli chicken, sesame chicken, Beijing beef 2 large sides: fried rice and Hakka noodles Findings ratings: 1/5 Main - Chilli chicken = 2 (chicken tasted dry and old) Main - Sesame chicken = 2 (chicken tasted dry and old) Main - Beijing beef = 1 (beef was chewy and not palatable) Side - Fried rice = 0 (wet and no enjoyable flavours) Side - Hakka noodles = 1 (wet and didn't taste like Hakka)

I really wanted to have a great experience with this place. However, it was simply not what was expected from the customer reviews. Main complaint is that the food was under done and cold; seems the cook was rushing (seemed inexperienced).
