McDonald's — Restaurant in Brampton

So multiple times I have come here and had a bad experience with the staff, never been to such a rude Mc dicks in my life. This time around, I am pregnant and had to grab some food as I was about to pass out multiple times, I had grabbed mine and my sons drink when I almost passed out again and knocked the drinks onto the floor by mistake. One lady wonderfully came to mop it up she was a sweet heart. So I tried to refill our drinks but there was a hole in my son’s cup (which was a kids apple juice) so I asked kindly if I can have a replacement and the rude one says “it’s not our fault so technically no, but I’ll give you one this time” excuse me hun, I worked at a Mc Donald’s for 3/4 years and never once do you refuse things or give attitude to the customer!! Not to mention every other location I go too always gives out sauces for free over the counter if u ask but one time this location said to me “mm no u have to pay for it” seriously I’ve never been to such a horrible McDonald’s in my life my suggestion avoid it all together!!!!! I wish there would be an option for zero star. My niece wanted to have some pies.I ordered four pies and 6 donuts on kiosk. My order was not completed after 15 minutes and the customers came after me got served before me. After 15 minutes when I said to them I am waiting for my order, the girl said what’s your order number, i gave her the order number and she did not respond back to me. Two girls were talking and laughing . They need to pay attention to their work.. After 20 minutes, they said that they are out of strawberry pies , it takes 13 minutes to cook pies and they took 20 minutes for my order. The Manager was not professional at all. Ridiculous service and did not even apologize and I asked for refund. They did not have the runner at the front. I would rather go to Tims for Cookies and donuts. The restaurant was messy . This mcdonalds is a horrible mcdonalds and I have never felt more mistreated and the servers were extremely rude and polite to me to the point that I felt embarrassed by them for no reason. When I asked the woman at the front counter for sweet and sour sauce she demanded to see my receipt very rudely then as a pulled it out she snatched it from my hand. As she gave me my sauce she rolled her eyes at me and was incredibly rude. This is not a 1 time thing with just this one employee I have been to this mcdonalds many times (because it's by far the most convenient) and been served by many employees and every time been treated EXTREMELY poorly and like they were doing me as a pay customer the favour.
