Service was great, but after my first visit, this is my least favorite place to go for bubble tea, and I won't be a returning customer.
If you are wanting something simple like a mango smoothie/slushie then sure, but anything else, I would recommend going to chatime, kungfu tea, or other bubble tea places that have been around longer. I find the prices are on the high end for drinks that aren't unique. All of their prices on their menu are for regular sized drinks only and no where did I see on their board the cost to upsize to a large, until I asked, which cost $1 more.
I got a large mo'cha smoothie which cost $8.50, which again I feel is on the expensive end comparing flavour, quality, and price with other well known bubble tea spots.
The layout of the store isn't well thought out. When customers walk in, it's confusing where to line up. The design would make more sense if the prep area was set to the right side to give more flow and movement for customers when they come in. Maybe future thought for new stores of this franchise...
Read moreI don’t normally leave reviews, but after my experience with this place, I had to. We ordered 3 drinks: vanilla milk tea, green mango matcha, and mango milk tea. Sorry to say, but every single drink we got was disgusting, and looked so unappetizing (nothing like the pictures advertised on their menu). The drinks were so watered down, with no flavour. We had bought the third drink for our friend, but we ended up stopping on the way to throw all the drinks in the garbage. We were too embarrassed to show up to his house with these drinks. A waste of $20 and I will definitely not be coming back to this place or recommending it to anyone. Honestly, the drinks tasted so bad we had to throw them in the garbage after taking a few sips, we couldn’t even...
Read moreBlind leading the blind. The staff working had a look of panic on their face. And was trained by someone who still needs training. 3 mistakes within 10 mins. When I got there a customer ordered Thai milk tea. They got taro instead. It was nice the drink was remade and that they got a free taro drink. Now with my drink. I ordered a milk tea with grass jelly. They gave me green apple popping jelly instead. I asked if they were sure. The staff said yes.. Why lie to the customer and tell them they're wrong? I really wish there was a closer bubble place to me. Because this isnt the first time I've had a bad experience. One time hard tapioca. The other no milk tea was available. How do you not have milk tea? It's literally milk and tea...
