Terrible customer service from store manager Additi. The food I had ordered did not have consistent spice levels with other osmows locations, the one I had gotten here was significantly more spicy than any other osmows location even though I had ordered the same spice level. Maintaining consistent food standards across all locations is crucial for companies to ensure uniform quality, uphold customer trust, and deliver a consistent brand experience, which I felt this osmow's location did not comply with. When I came back to the store, Additi offered terrible customer service and no remorse for what had happened and began pressurizing me to take the food back implying I had come back to get free food. Such lapses in consistency and poor customer service can truly diminish one's confidence in a brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Response to owner: The issue in question was never the same hot sauce being used across locations, it was the level of spice, which differed greatly in this location. The food was not edible. Regarding the solutions provided, one of the solutions provided was to 'scrape off the chicken' and add new chicken to the already inedible food and rice that was already covered in spice. This lazy solution not only didn't take into account the spice level but also the fact that the food was already cold. Additionally, the manner in which Additi, the manager, presented these lazy solutions came across as assuming I was seeking complimentary items, which...
Read morePartiality in customers. A cx ordered regular chicken in the rocks in front of me and got plenty chicken(1 big scoop full and half on the top) I ordered the same thing and girl working there gave me half of small scoop.
If you guys have promotion, do not compromise with quality in order to match cost.
My experience from giving my order to getting my food was hilarious. I love osmos and quality of their food but this location is not appropriate if someone really wants to have good meal.
Serving uber/skip means with plenty of chicken and meat but hesitate serving me was shocking. Lazeez and other osmos locations never charged for cucumber in shawarma wrap extra but they asked me to pay on the top. Thats is fine but then why am I getting less chicken while others in front of me ordering same thing are getting plenty that even their container isn’t closing
I request management of this store to please teach or train your staff properly. They are not suppose to discriminate on the basis of colour. Serving good quality food to white and average quality to brown isn’t the way a business...
Read moreI go in with lowered expectations, and I'm still disappointed. Everywhere recently has just been gouging the hell out of their food by adding layers and layers of extra rice. Just give less food if you can't afford it. Don't ruin the ratio. My food didn't have enough garlic sauce and had wayyyyyyyyy too much rice. It seems like this is a common theme. A lot of the good places have closed recently, so it's a struggle to find some proper food. I give my food a 5/10, and I'm being extremely generous.
Edit: Owner seems to have responded with some corporate garbage claiming that I've misunderstood something. To make it clear, I have not misunderstood anything. The portion of rice to chicken that I received was horrible. I don't care if you claim that's consistent with all locations or whatever excuses you have. It's bad. Is the garlic sauce measured out to clear consistent proportions across all locations as well? Do I need to measure the ml of sauce and the grams of chicken to rice before I come here to give you specific instructions on how to serve your food?...
