Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Brampton

This place is extremely pathetic. I ordered a chicken shawarma and it was the most pathetic thing I got no sauce no taste and was tasting rotten frankly. I called them back and complained. First of all it was a mission for them to comprehend that the food is tasteless and secondly the white blonde lady first of all argued with me saying everything is fresh and no refunds, but I won’t be just complaining for the sake. We eat often at osmows so tasting this type of shawarma I can easily tell it was pathetic. Then she is like I will speak to owner blah blah - waste of my time. I go back 30 mins to return this food at the store after such a long call just to see her attitude not even asking what’s the issue and kept her mouth shut and didn’t even ask what replacement I wanted while there. Made the replacement and handed to me. The even stupid part is I paid $14.11 and the replacement costed $12.40 she didn’t even have the guts to tell me here is your change rather kept quiet until I left the store. Like you are wrong giving me a pathetic shawarma and moreover does not even give me back the money I paid extra. Where was the courtesy? Didn’t even offer a complimentary something. Close the store if you can’t operate but don’t steal my hard owned money. Pathetic food pathetic staff and pathetic to everything...

Recently, It was my first and last time I tried chicken on rocks here. Too dried to enjoy well.

Today, I walked again, cause its close to my home, asked for extra sauce for extra charges, till here its was okay. The moment I ask to put extra sauce on rice for me, lady refused with an attitude. I request that I am not asking for a favor, I am paying for it, she still refuse to listen and cooperate. Excusing that HEAD OFFICE HAS ORDERED TO NOT TO DO IT. I have never heard such a lame excuse in whole food sector ever!

Do your head office has ordered you to cut on sauce? As I can read a lot of customers has complained for NOT ENOUGH SAUCE on.

Next, when I visit another Osmow’s location BCC, same name, same menu, but staff over there made it just as I asked for.

What a terrible service from front staff. How you are managing with such a stupid behaviour is a question???

Firstly, girl was very unprofessional and then she wasn’t aware at all with ontario rules for dogs. She denied my service dog entry. Apart from that she denied my instructions. Afterwards was laughing on me. Going to complaint further in your head office too. Because you guys just hurt my feelings

I’ve been eating osmos more than may be her life age …

Trust me this attitude is something else. Never coming back….. also will be posting this to animal law enforcement.
