I arrived at the store at 10:00 PM, just 30 minutes before closing time. By that point, they had already begun putting everything away as part of their closing routine. I approached the counter and mentioned that I was trying Shawarma for the first time. The girl behind the counter acknowledged this and asked what kind I wanted. I told her Iâd like the falafel Shawarma.
She then proceeded to prepare my Shawarma, but only included rice, falafel balls, and some sauces, with no additional toppings or garnishes. She didnât offer any other options or ask if I wanted to customize it in any way. I understand it was close to closing time, but the lack of options and any attempt to enhance my first experience left me disappointed.
The owner can verify this by checking the security cameras, and I can provide the exact date and time of my visit. Unfortunately, it wasnât the experience I had hoped for.

Hello Owner, You never asked date and time. Also, I have informed them upfront I don't knows and I am new to Shawarma. Moreover, they had put all ingredients away, I don't know what it comes with. I also told them, I am trying it first time. There was no queue, I was only one in the store.
TBH they are lazy enough and you don't care about customers looking at your replies to customer feedbacks.
And on top, your location is also not listed on osmow's company website. So I am now suspicious about its authenticity.

Many of the chicken pieces were burned, and the overall presentation was very poor. On top of that, the order was missing the garlic & tahini sauce on top â instead, there was just some hot sauce also the food was extremely dry, salty and difficult to eat.
I completely understand that I placed the order close to closing time, and if the store was not able to prepare it properly, I would have preferred the order to be canceled rather than receiving food in such poor condition. Accepting the order but sending out badly prepared food is very disappointing, especially when customers are paying more than $20.
I am not asking for free food â I only expect to receive the meal that I paid for, prepared with the quality, quantity and care that reflects your restaurantâs standards.
