Pathetic service, no one answers the phone despite calling couple of times. Secondly, person at the cash does not call out to the customer patiently waiting to come up to order. Thirdly do not follow preferences specified while placing the order. I specified no sour cream, still it was added. Why ask if you are not going to heed to requests? The person at the cash could not bother to be audible or patient enough to take the order properly. Told her I can’t hear her but she didn’t bother to speak up, ignored my request to speak up, and just kept saying phone number please and pointing to the screen, couldn’t hear her properly and she just rushed through the options without even listening to what my order was. I asked for chicken nachos but she didn’t bother to hear it as all she cared about was feeding in the number only to quickly pull up my previous order which had cheese nachos. In the end, I was served cheese nachos instead of chicken along with sour cream on top despite specifying that I want no sour cream. She kept asking if I didn’t want sauce which I didn’t even mention about removing, I specified no sour cream. Customer service was a big 0, lousy, ineffective, lacking courtesy. Obviously order wasn’t up to the mark as they just put whatever they want. Order was ready within 3-5 mins of ordering, starting to think they have me an order that was already lying around especially since the box was way too soggy and was already disintegrating just after pick up. We got food poisoning after eating your food.

Today me and my coworkers ordered burrito boyz for lunch. 4 orders of the naked chicken bowl to be exact. Check your orders it was from uber eats , 4 orders of the same everything. Now all four of us are in pain, on the toilet, our stomachs gurgling and our stools liquid.

Very sickening and honestly I’m very disgusted at the incompetence when it comes to food safety. Not one but four people with food poisoning and diarrhea from your food. No standards with your practice producing. I wonder how many in-store or delivery orders you guys messed up and caused a city with food poisoning.
