Pizza Depot — Restaurant in Brampton

I’ve been a regular at the Brampton Pizza Depot for the last 5 years, but this visit was absolutely unacceptable. My pizza order was wrong, and when I called to fix it, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.

After a frustrating phone communication where they just kept being in total denial, they offered a “solution” that made no sense: they asked me to bring back the pizza I had already eaten one slice out of, and planned to reheat it with the missing toppings… Is this not a health and safety concern? Also, This would have overcooked the pizza and made it inedible - an utterly ridiculous and unhygienic suggestion.

I wasted my time and gas to give them the pizza back otherwise they wouldn’t refund me.

Even after this, the owner, who was on the call, refused to provide a proper replacement or proper refund. Taking back partially eaten food, insisting I return it, and offering no real resolution shows total disregard for customers and common sense.

This, combined with visible cleanliness issues in the restaurant, makes this location unacceptable. Avoid this location if you value your time, your food, or basic hygiene.

I almost never post bad reviews (which speaks volumes) but these sorts of experiences have become way too prevalent in Brampton. Stay away...

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE NO CARE AT ALL! Ordered 2XL pizzas for a small party and they took 1 hour 15 mins to get it to my house which is less than 5 mins away. When I called them after the first 30 mins they said it was late because of weather conditions but it had only rained a little. They said it was going to take an extra 30 minutes I said fine because the delivery was going to be included in the total price. Eventually the pizza came extremely late and cold the driver was a nice guy and it wasn't his fault, I talked to him and he said he had 10 deliveries prior. So it wasn't the supposed "bad weather" they were simply exploiting the driver and pushing him around cramming as many orders as possible. I called them and told them the pizza was cold on top of it being it being late all they said was " we can't do anything" no apology no nothing. Simple rule any business should follow is making sure the customer is satisfied, I was a regular customer for more than 5 years, best believe I'm not giving them...

I ordered a pizza sub and picked them up, and that was burned totally! We called the customer service and they said we won’t make the order again and had a lot of attitude. We used to eat from Their location at Bramlea and Peter Robertson Brampton. And they make it the best there. But this store that is near my house always mess up our order. When we called it was almost 8:45 and the customer service representative was very rude. They said, “We make it like that at this location, if you don’t like it don’t order it again.” We like Pizza Depot but we don’t like to order from this location. I asked the representative their name and they didn’t tell me. We also ordered 2 subs and they didn’t even give 2 and also didn’t charge us for it. But they only charged us for one and we needed 2.
