After over 10 years as loyal customers of Pizza Mart, we are extremely disappointed and will never return. We strongly advise others to avoid this place — not just for the poor food quality, but for how terribly they treat their customers.
We ordered two large pizzas late in the evening, and both had hair baked into them. It was incredibly insulting and embarrassing to open the boxes in front of our guests and find hair in the food. We called the store that same night, but no one picked up because they had closed. We called again the next day, and instead of showing concern, they blamed us, saying we “should’ve called the same day” — which we had tried to do.
After explaining everything, they eventually offered store credit and told us we could “pick it up whenever.” But when we later called to redeem it, the situation got even worse.
That phone call was beyond frustrating — they denied ever offering store credit, became extremely rude, and even yelled at us. They said things like: • “We don’t need your business.” • “One customer doesn’t do anything to us.” • “It’s not a big deal to have hair baked into pizza.” • “Go somewhere else if you don’t like it.”
This was not just horrible customer service, it was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They showed no accountability for a serious hygiene issue and treated a long-time customer like an inconvenience.
We have reported this to the health and food safety authorities, and we encourage others who’ve had similar experiences to do the same.
If you care about cleanliness, honesty, and basic respect as a customer, stay far away...
Read moreHonestly the quality of the pizza was really good. It’s a small business just in the plaza with the Fortinos. Service was ok, the place itself is not meant for dine-in. The waiting area only has one table and it’s a glass patio one meant for outdoors but the place was clean so I was happy. Some minor feedback: don’t charge a service fee for transactions under $10, and don’t mention on the paper next to the register not to ask for Indian type pizza or telling customers not to complain about spice or lack of spice levels. It’s just looks unprofessional to display but I understand that this might have be problem for them so it’s ok. It’s a small business so it’s ok for some hiccups along the way. Next, the pizza itself was incredible. Bread was soft, pizza well done and cooked to perfection and my toppings really felt premium though wish they added a bit more toppings. But incredible quality pizza for the...
Read moreOne of the worst places I been to, me and my friend went to this location (walk in) as we were deciding our order the lady at the front got mad at us, apparently we were to slow at placing the order. I asked her to calm down and let us decide I asked her why she was getting mad at us for no reason, we decided that we were not going to give this place our business and asked for our money back she took the money and threw it at the counter. the male that was making the pizzas started swearing at us in punjabi, words were exchanged, and the lady threw a small plastic sign at me hitting my stomach. We went outside and called the police due them being busy they didn't come right away. But they did show up to my house were I filed a complaint against the lady. I ended up calling the store owner aswell and explained to him what happened. I hope that lady is not working...
