Sector 17 - Indian Street Food Eatery — Restaurant in Brampton

The server was nice to us and took the order well and suggested good options. The Masala Soda we ordered was too bland and no Soda fizz at all, it was more like water. The burgers were probably the best thing we had. Delhi chow mein was decent too. However, the surprise element was Veg Steamed Momos. NEVER try the Momos since we have never had such worst Momos. It was stale and the taste was weird. After we approached the server to report, we were told that the chef thinks it’s okay. Then we asked them to smell or eat it and that’s when they realized we are not here to just eat garbage food after paying them so much for Momos. We were not looking for refund and asked them for something else in the same price range like Paneer dish. Since we returned the Momos the team at Sector 17 decided to give us half the quantity of Paneer. We really didn’t want to waste time there so we left. But for thing for sure is that never going to this place or ever recommending it to anyone else. The food is not worth the price at all and the service is bad except the server...

Extremely disappointed from the store .. . I placed order on skip the dishes at 11pm on 15 November and delivery person reached there and he picked up my food from them but the girl who gave the food to delivery person she did not tell the him to confirm the pickup from her side .. and the delivery person trap my food and eat. And on my tab till 1am there closing time it was showing sector 17 making your food .. I called skip the dishes they said store did not give food to driver and store girl said I have to driver .. it was really frustrating thing for me . And it happened two times with me with same store same thing . I really want to talk to owner or manager that whenever you guys handover the food to delivery person tell him to confirm the pickup from your side otherwise if they don’t want to deliver they just pickup and eat .. my order was around $50 and I did not get any refund or anything. One of the worst Momos I have ever had. They were basically gyoza dumplings from Walmart/Costco. When I placed the order, I was advised that it will take around 20-25 mins for which I was okay with it as I believed that they would be serving good one. It tasted bad and the stuffing was just half. It costed me $13.49+taxes for the steamed Momos which were awful in taste and basically the gyoza dumplings. The sauce was the basic Kraft sauce. Horrible experience, I had to take some coffee to clean my palate. If I had wanted to eat the gyoza dumplings, then I would have gone to Walmart/Costco and buy it and not from this place.
