Fresh Burrito — Restaurant in Brampton

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service. I placed a large order online and it was not going through so I called the restaurant and asked them to check if they received any order, they said no and told me I had to come into the restaurant to place large orders in person. I did that, and it turned out I placed 2 orders- paid twice because my online order did go through. The way the staff spoke to me, treated me, blamed me when the error was from their end, was unbelievable. Very rude staff, do not recommend for larger orders.

Your response is not what happened at all, I ordered from your website- and I explained the entire situation to your employee. Your manager Manny is the one who was swearing. It is not about the money but the principal and the customer service which was very bad. Your response is totally inaccurate. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fresh Burrito, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Upon entering the restaurant, I was warmly greeted by two friendly girls who provided top-notch service throughout my meal. Their attentiveness and genuine smiles added to the welcoming atmosphere.

As for the food, it was nothing short of exceptional. I was confused as i visited first time in burrito restaurant the girl guided me so I opted for the burrito and quesadilla, and I was blown away by the freshness of the ingredients and the burst of flavors with each bite. The combination of fillings was inventive yet perfectly balanced, leaving me completely satisfied.
