Noodlebox — Restaurant in Brampton

Sooo disappointed.. I’d like to point out that the girl working is at no fault , this is truly the responsibility of a management!!

I came in at 9:38pm.. . it’s 10:15 and the worker still hasn’t started my order she tells me sorry I’m behind on orders there is no one in the restaurant, confused she tells me she’s instructed to make the uber orders first , she said “I called my team mate to come in for help “

I’ve literally watched her She’s made 5+ orders since I’ve been here all for uber eats and I’m sitting waiting for my order still. all my daughter wanted for her birthday was to get takeout and watch a movie. It’s now 10:22pm and she’s just getting to make our our order now (FYI no team mate has shown up, she’s still solo)

If you’re establishment is open til late why is only 1 person working , handling the phone / cashier / orders and cooking !!!

In the time we were there waiting on our food , people walked in & left because of the wait this is ridiculous… I can see She doing her best but obviously you need more staff. 1 person cannot handled uber orders , walk in orders and make all the food too !

And truthfully how safe is it for a young girl to be by herself late at night cooking , what if there was a grease fire or a god forbid a robbery or intruder . There shouldn’t be 1 employee left...

Was super excited when I heard they were opening one location closer to where I live in Brampton and decided to try with my husband. We went with recommendations from the employees that work there when we go home to try, we were not very impressed with the food. It was missing protein and too much cabbage. I decided to give it another try using Uber eats. They had a deal buy one get one free for the teriyaki bowl. You had to pay extra for any type of meat that you wanted so I ordered chicken, which was about four dollars more. With all fees, taxes an extra for the chicken everything came up to about $30 for two boxes.

Wow it was the same experience. There were like three really small pieces of chicken in both boxes. For the extra cost for the chicken, you can buy your own chicken breast and you’ll be able to get more meat in your boxes. Why do you give your customers less meat?

Very disappointed, I would personally not be trying them again however try it...

Recently, I visited this restaurant, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff who greeted me with genuine smiles. The food quality was excellent — everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

The service was quick and professional. The servers were attentive without being intrusive, and they made sure everything was perfect. The ambiance — soft music, clean tables, and warm lighting — made it an ideal spot for both family dinners and friendly gatherings.

I especially loved the signature dishes; they were cooked perfectly and served hot. The pricing was reasonable for the quality and portion size offered.
