Food tasted great. Prices are very fair. The fried rice is one of the best I've had so far. There was this spicy chicken included in the combo for 6....I can't remember the name but it was fantastic. We ordered the dinner for 6 plus a tray of fried rice plus their special chicken to be able to try a bit of everything. Everything tasted great. Reading the other reviews i agree that there is a lot of batter on both the chicken balls and breaded shrimp so some people didn't like it. I didn't eat it because lots of the shrimp were not cleaned when you open them up could could see. When you go to a lot of restaurants they do not clean the shrimp so i did not take a star away for this because this is at lots of places unless you go to a higher end restaurant. The hot sauce is delicious! The amount of chicken they put on their party tray of fried rice is insane. I should have taken a picture....it can feed you for days. Definitely will use them when we have to cater...

Food quality has significantly gone down at the Sandalwood location. Customer service .... There is none. I placed an order for pickup today, the website price (which is what I based my order on) and what they charged me was different, by $5. Not a big deal, however there was no interest in pleasing the customer by at least charging the price listed on the website. Went to pickup the food, there was no real greeting by the staff aside from one of the chefs giving me a head nod as he was carrying a cooler out to his car.

As I was paying I mentioned again to the girl at the front that the website pricing was different from what she was charging me. All she could say was "I'll tell them to update it". Food tasted like their frying oil was 10 years old, chicken balls, wings, spring rolls.. all tasted horrible, pepper was laced with salt, fried rice was good.

Not sure what happened to this place but the food was absolutely disgusting. The rice-mushy and gross, the spicy shrimp now bland as ever with the coating just rolling off, 'Caribbean' chicken - basically chicken. pieces fried in curry flour. Spent over $100 to feed our group and everything was embarrassingly gross had to turn around and order pizza. I didn't even call for a refund because I know that would go nowhere but do yourself a favor at my expense, avoid from here on out. I used to frequent this place often and hadn't had it in a while so decided to have it again only to be met with his... Omg. Not sure the owner or chefs...
