Beyond disappointed with their level of service. We called them to place an order and asked them to make the noodles without any spice because it’s for young kids (obviously can’t eat spicy food), they placed us on hold and said the kitchen confirmed it can be done without any spice so we thanked them and ordered them. When we got the food the noodles were so spicy that some adults probably wouldn’t be able to eat them . We called the store to ask perhaps we were given the wrong order , and the person who took our order started arguing with us that they tried the food before packing it and they weren’t spicy at all. I offered to drive to the restaurant and have them try the noodles in front of me to confirm they would be safe for an 2 year old and the phone went silent and proceeded to put us on mute. We also didn’t receive one item in our order and they said it was our fault because “we didn’t choose a container size” when we came to pickup the take out order. I had specifically told her that we wanted the smallest size of raita over the phone she said “sure no problem”. Meanwhile we paid for our order and handed our bags and no one said “please choose your container size for raita.” I wouldn’t order from here again based on customer service , it was truly horrible, they weren’t apologetic, or remorseful , instead defensive , argumentative and mean. Prem sweets, where’s the “Prem”? Which means “love”. We experienced no love.

I am beyond furious with my experience at Prem Sweets! I bought a selection of sweets and other items, and when I got home, I was shocked to find that the sweets were COVERED in fungus. I nearly took a bite, but thank goodness I noticed it just in time. What kind of place sells spoiled, unsafe food like this? And to make matters worse, the other stuff I bought was stale! I immediately called them to complain, and you won’t believe how they responded—no apology whatsoever! They didn’t even seem the least bit concerned about the disgusting state of the food. Instead, they casually told me to come back and get free sweets. Are you kidding me? That’s their idea of customer service? I didn’t want more of their rotten products, I wanted fresh, edible food and a proper apology for their negligence! This was a horrible experience, and I will NEVER shop there again. I don’t care about free sweets—just give me what I paid for in the first place, which is safe, fresh food. Absolutely disgusted and enraged! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

We were nearby for an event and decided to pick up some desi Indian food to take home. Aloo (Potato), Gobi (Cauliflower) and Mooli (Radish) parathas - all well made and good size and well stuffed. Requested them not to make with butter (for making it vegan) and a bit of oil was OK (low fat). A bit of red chilli flakes make it super nice. Also picked up some chole (chickpea) and Gobi (cauliflower) pakoras. The food well spiced and seasoned. The parathas and pakoras were obviously freshly made and chile tasted fresh as well. The girls on the counter are super nice and provide a good service.

Bought mix pakore and paneer pakore. Both were so disgusting 🤮 Mix pakore were only mixed with besan and black pepper , no onions or potatoes so called mis pakore. Paneer pakora, same thing coated with thick besan dont know what the actual taste is. No professional chefs. The lady on the counter was so weird don’t even know whats the customer service is. Dont know how to satisfy their customers. I told her i dont want these pakore as its only besan and kali mirch and whats the point of mix pakore. She told me they are made like this only. If they are made like this , you should name it as kali mirch pakora not mix pakora. They didn’t even give me refund or any kind of exchange and i threw all this stuff in garbage in-front of the lady on the counter. Atleast hire professional chefs who know actual cooking. I hope this goes to the...
