Worst service by the guy working on 17 april 6:00 pm . He don’t know how to treat the customers. Atleast owner should give him a training. The way of his talking showing his experience. Even he don’t know customers can give tip to the staff. He said there is no tip system in restaurants i think he is new in canada and don’t have a hospitality experience that’s why he said that. He should check the restaurant payment receiving system there is of of percentage of tip go and delete it then you can say that words.Buddy don’t show your attitude to the customers you get your pay because of the customers if customers not want to come to the restaurant then i think you will loose your job owner will not pay to you from his pocket. If you don’t want to change your attitude you can change the job because hospitality field is not suitable for your kind of people .The guy work in the night shift is very polite and treat customers very well that’s why customers come to shop again and again. Review of Indian food by an Indian: I ordered Hot Aaloo chat which was cold as I opened it after immediately taking from the counter. Traditional Aaloo chat counter in India will serve you either mashed potatoes/potato patties(unfried) with tamarind chutney, cilantro green chilly chutney, chickpeas, sev(vermicelli made of gram flour), a spoon of curd and finely chooped onions and tomatoes. Simple and yet tasty. Royal Paan Aaloo chat: Fried potato squares disposed with one spoon of tamarind chutney, hardly any sev, no onion, no tomatoes and far away from being called 'Indian food' let alone chaat. I have never experienced such an insult to the absolutely delicious and otherwise recognised as king of Indian street cuisines. Forget visiting again, I would discourage people to even go to this place. My friends ordered Vada pav and Dabeli who said the taste was quite bland even the least tasty street food in India would taste better than what they serve. I would suggest everyone to ask the receipt as they overcharged me and do not even offer to give the receipt. I asked and they gave me and saw they had charged for an extra falooda. When asked they gave me money back but then i saw that they did not return the tax part of it. They finally gave but imagine how much overbilling they must be doing as they dont have the price charges displayed and once you order they just tell you the total bill and don't offer the bill automatically. When i reached there was a line up started and outside it says only 4 customers but there were more than 4 and the employees were not enforcing it. I also saw a whole.bunch and of receipts that customers had not taken. I would not have noticed if i would not have askedf the bill and had called them ahead and told the order and they did not know anything about the phone order and even after repeating the order the girl cashier still did not repeat the order and just gave me the total...
