I have never seen such a pathetic food and service in my life. A small roadside dhabha in india is way way better than sitting here and paying for overpriced menu. To begin with, there was no soap in the washroom in every dispenser, How can you miss that. At the very start, i noticed the volume of a birthday song was so high that the sound from the speakers was literally bursting. When i requested them to turn it down a little bit they said we cant its a birthday of a customer. Okay!!! You tryna make 1 customer happy by putting the volume so high what about the 10 others sitting with their family and kids. How crazy!!
We ordered tandoor chicken, it was so difficult to chew, looks like they just warmed up the cooked chicken and brought it to the table. The chicken korma’s gravy seemed to be water down, which made the food completely tasteless. I dont know who is keeping a check on all these things. Server brought the drinks literally at the time we were done eating. How irresponsible you could be! We requested drinks when we just sat on the table and they brought them after 40 mins. The bar was literally 4 steps away from our table. We just kept looking at them as if we were there for free drinks. Not to forget about their plates and spoons. Please check them properly before eating, those were not cleaned well. I got my stomach upset in the next morning, probably due to eating the unhygienic food. This place in completely and utterly unprofessional. I needed to go to the bathroom and the employee behind the bar told me that it was only for customers. I was willing to comply and let her know that I would buy anything on the menu I just really need to go. I was willing to do anything, I offered her to hold onto my credit card and was completely willing to pay beforehand for a dish or multiple if she wanted
The employee at this time called me a liar and said that I cannot use the bathroom.
I was very disappointed with this situation whilst having an urgent need.
I had later called the manager and let him know the situation. This man let me know that I am in the wrong and that I was not going to buy anything, this is totally false and let him know that I had filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
The manager at this point told me that it is not illegal.
Overall very dissatisfied with this situation.
On many other occasions as well the employees/servers have been very rude and unprofessional, this place is also quite over priced and the quality is sub par, along with the wait time being astronomically long.
If you would like a better dining and culinary experience, go to Guru Sweets and Restaurant, their food is reasonably priced and incredibly good.

With a group of six, including my hungry daughter, I called ahead to order sekh kababs to ensure they’d be ready upon our arrival, as we were all eager to eat. Unfortunately, the evening was marred by poor service and mismanagement.Upon arriving, we were told the kababs were still being prepared, despite my prior call. We also requested to lower the AC temperature, as the restaurant felt uncomfortably cold, but were informed it was fixed and couldn’t be adjusted. After waiting 15 minutes, we inquired about our order again, only to see the attendant playing with a child instead of attending to us. After a total wait of 30 minutes, we were shockingly informed that the kababs had been accidentally packed earlier and were now being reheated. This was unacceptable, as we wanted fresh food, not reheated leftovers.Frustrated, we decided to leave without eating. My daughter was in tears, having waited eagerly for her meal. The restaurant was nearly empty, with three or four attendants present, yet they couldn’t manage to serve our family promptly or correctly. This level of disorganization and lack of customer care is inexcusable. I strongly urge the management to provide proper training to their staff to prevent such experiences in the future.
