I don’t leave reviews but today I need to leave one appalled by the service and food quality wondering if I was actually at a Subway. This franchise owner should be removed from the Subway Chain looking at all the 1 reviews which I really believe.
We ordered 2 sandwiches through the Subway app (Turkey Classic and Turkey Rancher). The order was at 3:30 PM today. -Order number *6D2-E8.
First we asked for extra green pepper and multi grain bread. We arrive to pick up order and they have no multi grain bread and no green peppers. We asked for at least green peppers and customer service rep. informed us they are by themself and can’t cut green peppers. We informed the customer service rep. we are willing to wait for green peppers and the customer service rep told us they can’t make the green peppers. -We were left taking Italian Bread and getting no green peppers.
We took the sandwich’s home and the quality, quantity (we asked for extra) of the vegetables and bread was horrible. Bread is stale and both sandwich’s tasted strange from what we normally used to when we order in Toronto.
I drove back to request a refund, and the customer service rep said I can’t refund without the other sandwich. Fair enough, I call my wife to bring the other sandwich. My wife’s makes the journey back from her busy work schedule and we are told sorry we can’t refund your order as the manager is not here…. Seriously this happened.
They offered to make us a new 6 inch sandwich and I’m confused at this point as I ordered 2 x 12 inch. Customer service rep told me it’s because they made the 12 inch and can only make a new 6 inch even after returning both sandwiches….. so as a consumer I have to take a product I didn’t order and accept the poor service I’m receiving (Makes sense right?)
I was also asked by the customer service rep. If I spoke Urdu or Hindi. I wish I had this on video…. It would have made the Brampton TikTok videos as I have no idea where the customer service rep. was going with this as we live in Canada and speak English and French.
We filed a complaint with Subway about the experience and waiting for them to reply.
I would recommend staying away from this Subway location unless you want to make a charity donation to Subway. There’re many Subways around Brampton.

So i went into this location asking for 2 footlong subs and i had a promo code from the app which clearly said scan in store. They have a scan option as well, i scanned and it looked like it worked even tho he kept saying it didnt. This was at the time we were just checking to see if it will work. Then he goes to me i only have for 1 chicken teriyaki but the bowl was quiet full so i was like clearly looks like u have more and then he goes like yes thats for tomorrow morning. If someone comes in have to give them tomorrow morning so i cant finish tonight. How does that even make sense. You have a customer who wants it and you say no but wait for the customer tomorrow morning which is a maybe. Brown guy with specs named himself erry I would give this a -5 stars, for wasting my time. Read moreMy wife went into this location to purchase two subs, straight forward order with Italian Herbs and cheese bread. The girl working pulls out one Italian Herbs and Cheese 12" bread and one unknown other bread, and states she is going to mix and match the breads. There were at least 5 Italian Herbs and Cheese breads left. The girl says that she doesn't have enough for the evening and they are not going to make more, so she will choose a bread for us. That was unacceptable to my wife, she said make one sub with Italian Herbs and Cheese, and cancel the other one. The subs for for our children who only eat Italian Herbs and cheese, otherwise it wouldn't be a big deal.
Which server has the right to tell anyone what to eat?
The establishment also appeared to be unkept, was not tidy and maybe not upto Ontario food safety standards.
Wife decided not let the kids eat the sub, and we tossed it in the trash.
Went to another location and ordered two more subs.
