City South Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

Horrible customer service and horrible pizza. This was our first time ordering from this location and just by the way our order was being taken from the start, we should have known it was going to be a bad experience. The man taking our order didn’t care to take our phone number or address down until we mentioned it and then after we realized they didn’t even tell us the total cost. We called them back and without checking our order, they told us the wrong cost. Then, before our pizza was delivered, they called us back as they realized they forgot to ask for our drink options. I have never had a more confusing conversation about ordering pizza before. We finally got home after a long busy day to eat our pizza that tasted disgusting. It was so hard to bite through and the flavours were very bland. It seemed that the ingredients used were not fresh at all. When we called them back to inform them of this, the individual just told us that they have never received a complaint as such and then hung up the phone. There was no attempt made at resolving this issue from them. It seems that they do not care about their customers at all. It was a very disappointing experience as we were excited to try their pizza as the other locations have never disappointed us before. It seems that it is just this location that is lacking in a lot of areas. Also, we were asked to write a review when we were placing our order but unfortunately this is what it had to be.

We had a horrible experience ordering Pizza with them; they didn't answer our call for 20 minutes, calling from different phone numbers. Eventually, one person answered the call, and he took 10 minutes to take the orders and then put us on hold and eventually disconnected our call. Then we called them again as that was the closest location to us to pick up our order. Finally, a lady answered our call, took the order again, and after 15 minutes, we received a call back from them to confirm our order as they said they messed up with the order. After confirmation, we went to take our order, and it was wrong. OMG, what a service, especially when you are waiting for dinner for guests on the first day of New Year. Then they asked us to wait for another 20 minutes to make the right pizza. After waiting for 20 minutes, they made the wrong pizza again. We spent $40 on garbage.

Don't order from them until you want to test your patience and their service. They were not professional and everyone was upset as they were messing up with their orders. Worst pizza store! Be cautious, do not order.

They gave us "Meat Lovers Pizza," and look at the picture only having pepperoni pizza, and for the cheese pizza for kids, they put chillies on it. The pizza was uncooked and raw; we cooked it in the oven at home. I am so disappointed; please close this business...

I placed an order from this restaurant via a food app, which was paid in advance. I drove some distance across town to reach this store from my home, and upon entering the gentleman working the counter told me they do not have any food for me to pick up. It was not clear to me but I think he said they do not participate in this app's program anymore. His attitude was quite flippant toward me and he did not seem interested in providing me any sort of compensation despite the fact that I had placed an order from their establishment, even though it was entirely this restaurant's fault for continuing to accept orders from this app when they had no intention of fulfilling these orders. I was simply told to "call them" (the app), presumably to get a refund. The refund will be processed, but in no way am I satisfied with my experience here. The entire episode could have been handled in innumerable better ways.
