Hi This is bring to your notice that yesterday 10dec I went at 8.15pm to get FV .the agent was very rude and erogent. Full of attitude. She gave me product but was not filled properly, When asked to put little more she said I can nit do. I just said ok give my money back I don't want it. Now message to management and to all customers. Is she don't get paid by the company. Why she was not ready to pay my money back. It's the right and policy of Tim to get money back if product is not upto mark. And every Tim do that. But she keep on refusing and was not ready to give money back . When I said in loud tone even then she was not ready to pay back . I don't know why she did like that. And apart from that she abused me which I can not write the words. She abuse me and also point out to my daughter. She has no right to point out to my kids and also no right to abuse . If management is ok to hire these employees who don't know how to deal with customers and instead of giving good customer service abuse the customers. So that's there decision. May be they want to run yge store like that. And it's not stop here she was shouting and yelling till the time I was in store . I simply asked my money back and she created big scene. My message to customers. Pl be careful and alert with that agent who work in evening I believe .she wears glasses don't know her name as did not wear name tag which is again A policy of Tim to wear name tag and she did not . She can be abuse any time to anybody who will say her for return money or something wrong about the product. I saw get she served food to one cx without wearing gloves. Which is very hygienic. So people just to aware you that u guys are not getting good quality food as well as service. But yes you will be abused here and can be sick as the way the agents they have. This is my nearest Tim Hortons, and I visit this location 3-4 times a day with my friends to grab a coffee or something to eat. Unfortunately, the service here is consistently disappointing.
Today, I ordered a steeped tea and a farmer's sausage wrap. While they quickly prepared the tea, it took over 15 minutes to get the wrap. When I asked the female manager about the delay, she told me it would take just 2 minutes, but I waited much longer. This is not the first time this has happened — long wait times are a regular issue here.
Even worse, the attitude of the manager is very rude. She doesn't seem to care about customers at all. Despite being a regular and loyal Tim Hortons customer who spends a lot here, I feel completely unvalued at this location.
There were 3-4 employees working at the time, yet the service was still extremely slow, and the coffee quality is often poor. It's frustrating, especially when I’m such a big fan of Tim Hortons in general.
Due to repeated bad experiences and poor customer service, especially from the manager, I’ve decided I will no longer return to this location — and possibly not to any Tim Hortons again.
I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the service, especially the way they treat...

After 5-6 people who ordered after me and got served first. I finally said what about my order and when I said I came before all these people you served, she lost her calm and started screaming at me saying I am the only one making coffee!! How is it my fault ? Hire my people get help!
